Welcome to Casa Grande!
The experience of being on holiday at Casa Grande will make you feel so at home and relaxed while enjoying that sense of having all the time in the world to enjoy being with your friends and family by the sea.
Casa Grande was built of Elba stone right on the water at the beginning of the 19th Century right in the heart of the Gulf of Portoferraio and is considered to be one of the most beautiful historic residences on the island. This is a magical place set between the blue of the sea and the greenery of the private park behind the house. All of this beauty and the sensation of being in a real traditional villa merge together to create an unforgettable experience.
Just 3 steps down from the house and your feet are in the sea while just behind the house you can walk through the pines and eucalyptus in the park that surrounds the property. You can relax in the 600 m2 Italian style garden and slip in and out of a calming nap while listening to the murmuring breath of the sea. Or have breakfast on the terrace surrounded by water while contemplating the horizon: the ancient Medici town of Portoferraio the other side of the bay and Volterraio castle standing fast where it has protected the island for centuries.
Finally you can spend time enjoying indoors at Casa Grande where you will feel so at home that you won’t want to leave.
