The apartment is fully furnished, and equipped with wifi internet, central air conditioning with hot and cold pump, (for all the rooms) modern Nordic style decoration, washing machine (without dry machine), dishwasher, coffee maker and fully equipped kitchen. A privileged location, close to the famous Basilica of the Sagrada Familia, making it easy to explore this architectural masterpiece of this beautiful neighborhood.
*The apartment has only one bathroom. Please consider this before booking.

*Early check in or late check out will be possible upon prior request and only when available. It will have an extra cost of 50 EUR (VAT included). If you need more than two hours, we recommend that you book the night before for early check in or one more night for late check out.
CLEANING: -Final cleaning will be carried out at check out at an extra cost of 110 EUR, detailed in the booking information.
During the stay, there will be no cleaning or replacement of basic items, complimentary amenities or towel changes.
LOCATION: The building is located at a busy intersection in one of the most touristic and vibrant areas of Barcelona, so there is often noise. The windows of the apartment are NOT soundproof. Consider this before booking.
MANDATORY PROCESS: By Catalonia regulations, and prior to check in, it is mandatory for all guests:
1.- PAYMENT OF TOURIST TAX: Not included in the reservation. It must be paid separately. The tourist tax is a municipal tax that must be paid by all Non-residents in Barcelona. The money collected from this tax is used to improve the tourist areas of this city.
The amount is 6.25€ per person/night, (from 17 years old) with a limit of 7 nights.
2.- PASSENGER REGISTRATION: Any person (from 14 years old) staying in a lodging establishment MUST register. For this, it is essential to have a valid passport or ID (not expired).
Once these two processes are complete, it will be possible to share the information for check in.
* If you do not wish to carry out this mandatory procedure, we will not be able to accommodate you.

-We love animals, however, they are not allowed in our establishment.
-Unregistered persons (adults) cannot stay overnight on the property. Reservations for third parties are not allowed.
-According to the habitability certificate, the maximum occupant capacity is five people.
