Precioso apartamento, tranquilo y luminoso, en el corazón del centro histórico de Florencia, a pocos pasos de la Galería de los Uffizi, el Ponte Vecchio, la Piazza della Signoria, el Duomo y Santa Croce.

Apartamento de unos 65 metros, luminoso y tranquilo, consta de una cocina totalmente equipada ubicada en un amplio salón con sofá cama doble, un dormitorio doble y un baño privado con ducha.

El apartamento ha sido completamente restaurado, los pisos son de madera y cuentan con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estadía placentera, TV LCD, conexión a Internet por cable y wifi, aire acondicionado, calefacción, caja fuerte, cocina completa opcional, suministro de ropa para el dormitorio, la cocina y el baño.

La distribución interna es tal que garantiza la privacidad de todos los huéspedes y es adecuada para alojar cómodamente hasta 4 personas.

Elisabetta and her husband were simply lovely. All interactions were kind and friendly, and extremely helpful. The apartment is perfect for location, safety and comfort. Elisabetta was such a wonderful host. The care package and personal check in to help us carry luggage up the stairs was above and beyond. The apartment is right in the heart of everything but we didn't have a problem sleeping at all. The in unit washer/dryer was also great to freshen up some of our clothes before we made our way!

Elisabetta and her husband were waiting outside when we arrived. Her husband kindly helped us with our heaviest bag (carrying it up 3 flights of stairs)There was a lovely welcome basket with food and wine on the dining room table. The apartment was beautiful and clean. All pertinent info. was provided as well as an information binder. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The kitchen had a large refrigerator, working stove, espresso maker, dishwasher, and very nice dishware. The washer/dryer worked but only partially dried out clothes because the settings were not intuitive to use and the instructions in the binder were limited. It woutd be nice to add black out curtains in the living room/ kitchen area where the pull-out sofa is located. Unless you use a sleep mask, it could be a challenge for someone who wants to sleep in late. (That is not an issue if sleeping in the bedroom.)Note: One set of keys is provided. In order to unlock the apartment door from the inside, you must have the key. There is no way to unlock the door from the inside without the key. If someone goes out and someone stays in, the person going out must have the door locked behind them by the person staying in and ring the apartment to be let back in. This may not seem like much of an issue but my wife was sick for a portion of our stay and she stayed behind to sleep. Each time I returned, I had to wake her to get back in. It would be nice to have a second set of keys.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Florence

Our host was very responsive and allowed us to check in early so we didn’t have to store our luggage. Her husband insisted on carrying our heavy suitcases up the stairs. The apartment is beautiful and she left many snacks, drinks and everything else you need for a wonderful stay. The location is in the heart of everything! The only downside is the multiple stairs. Would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Amazing location

The host Elisabetta and her son were amazing! They worked with us and still met us at the property when we had a late flight. They made sure we felt welcome and safe, with the location of this place being central to everything! We walked everywhere. I would recommend this to anyone, and for two women in their early 20s I can’t stress enough how safe and central this place was!

Perfect stay in Florence

The apartment is perfectly located, steps to lots of the attractions and lots of places to eat and shop right outside the door. Beautiful large windows let in sunshine and fresh air. The apartment is well stocked with everything you will need if you want to make meals and all the soaps for laundry , dishes and bathing are provided. The king size bed was comfortable and it was very quiet at night for sleeping Elisabetta was the perfect host with a welcome basket and information for our stay. I would happily stay here again.

The best. Again.

I stayed in this lovely apartment for nearly a month. It was my 5th or sixth extended rental. The location is incredible, within easy walking distance of everything. I stay by myself while attending language school but the apartment is perfect for a couple, with a large king bed in the bedroom. There is also a fold-out couch in the living room which could be used if necessary. The apartment has all the amenities to make my stay comfortable. Elisabetta, the owner, is wonderful: friendly, helpful, responsive. There is no elevator and it’s a 50 stair hike up from the street. I love the exercise, but you should be reasonably fit to handle that element. I consider this apartment to be my home away from home in Florence. There's nowhere else I would stay.

Florence Adventure

We had the pleasure of staying in this fabulous apartment from November 9 to 13. What an amazing location and beautiful place! Our hosts Elisabetta and Claudio were so wonderful to deal with; clear communication from the start, clear instructions on how to get to the apartment, Claudio carrying our suitcases up the stairs to the apartment, an extremely generous welcome basket full of goodies (wine, water, juice, snacks, croissants, pasta & sauce). The apartment is beautiful, well decorated, all amenities, very clean, with a really comfortable bed and pillows. The location is fantastic and walkable to absolutely all the attractions! We felt to safe and comfortable during our stay and highly recommended this apartment to anyone visiting Florence. Thank you Elisabetta & Claudio

Location location location!

As advertised. Plenty of space, clean, with modern appliances and AC. Large modern bathroom functional (for Europe). Great location and yes, taxis can pick up and drop off at the front door. A few hundred feet from Gallileo, Uffizzi and just yards from Ponte Vecchio and Signoria. Walkable to everything! Great hosts!

Great flat minutes from Ufizzi gallery and Piazza della Signora!

Fantastic little flat about 45 secs walk from Ufizzi main entrance. Lots of food, shopping within about a minute of the front door. Only downside, as stated by other guests, the 4 flights of stairs (not an issue if you’re in shape but something to consider when trying to decide on how much to bring from home!

Amazing apartment, hosts, and location

Renting from Elisabetta was one of the best experiences I've had on any platform. She was very communicative, flexible with check-in and check-out (within reason of course), and even provided food and drinks as a welcome gift. I can't remember a time I received such hospitality! The bedroom was large, bed was comfortable, and A/C worked perfectly. The living room was also very large and has everything you need, including a cute view of neighboring houses and a sliver of the Arno. You're also directly next to Uffizi, making this an ideal location for trips on either side of the river. Can't recommend this place enough!

I wish there were 10 stars! Perfect location, immaculate renovation in the most beautiful taste!, spotless, comfy beds, generous gifts of food, wine, and beer - all located in the middle of everything (next to Arno, Uffizi, Signoria, food…) and yet quiet! Elisabetta was amazing and flexible in her communications and her husband Claudio met us with grace and generosity - insisted on carrying my overpacked suitcase up! Beware of the 57 steps to the 3rd floor - and don’t be fooled by the darkness of the stairway… what awaits you is well worth the climb - bright, airy, perfect. Wish I could live there!

Must stay in Florence!

The most PERFECT place to stay. Elisabetta was very responsive and helpful before our stay, during and even after. She and her husband greeted us upon check in. Her husband carried our suitcase up 4 flights of stairs, which we were very grateful. That being said, if you are going to stay here- make sure you are able to climb stairs. We didn’t mind the workout. The apartment was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. It was in the most perfect location! We truly enjoyed our stay and time in Florence. Graci Elisabetta!

A perfect apartment local to everything

A beautifully decorated and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment - perfect for exploring Florence. Our host Elisabetta could not have been more welcoming - greeting us on arrival, with her husband volunteering to carry my heavy bag up the 3 flights of stairs - and a welcome basket awaited us. Everything we could need - including washing machine, iron & dishwasher. We walked all around Florence from here with ease - a perfect spot. Thanks Elisabetta!

The apartment was beautiful. It was clean, full of light, with polished wood floors. It was wonderful to be there. The location was perfect close to museums and dining. Beautiful apartment, central location, great host

Absolutely thrilled with our experience with this property and host. Central location and great Florence city center feel. Just be aware of the very steep steps and no lift and there is a night club outside the building that stays open until 4am or so. These details did not bother us but others may want to be aware. We would absolutely book again.
