Thanks to the central location of this accommodation, you can reach the historic center on foot in a few minutes, with a pleasant walk through the residential area of ​​Alghero which offers all the primary services. The beautiful beach of Las Tronas is 600 meters from the house. The Lido area is within cycling distance, thanks to the panoramic cycle path overlooking the sea. Below the house there is a large free car park where you can keep your car safe.
Space
The apartment consists of a large double bedroom with large built-in wardrobes and a chest of drawers, it is possible to add a cot for a child aged 0-4 years.
The bathroom is spacious with a large built-in shower with glass.
The kitchen is bright and complete, perfect for preparing delicious dishes with local culinary specialities, equipped with an oven, large fridge with separate freezer, double sink electric kettle, gas hob and a lovely breakfast snack counter.
The large living room completes the apartment with a welcoming relaxation area with a two-seater sofa, TV and a spacious table. From the living room there is access to an open space, a small service balcony.

Other things to keep in mind
Children up to 4 years old stay free with the possibility of adding a cot with sides in the double room.
