Idealmente situado a lo largo de los canales de West Palm Beach tiene una vista espectacular, nuestra villa acaba de ser renovado.

Consta de 4 habitaciones (suites 2 maestro) y 4 baños y puede acomodar 9 personas.

Además de sus "pies en el agua", su piscina privada sin calefacción (tenga cuidado de que la calefacción de la piscina sea una opción a $ 300 por semana porque genera un consumo excesivo de gas), su jardín acogedor, su patio cubierto y Sus dos terrazas con refinados muebles de exterior te llenarán. Todo el equipo de la casa es "alta" y la decoración es limpio.

La sala de estar de 65 m2 abierto sobre los canales y el jardín, con acceso a la piscina y terrazas equipada con una barbacoa. Tiene un comedor con una mesa para 12 personas sentadas, una zona de estar con un sofá grande y 4 sillones. Tiene un televisor montado en la pared con pantalla gigante y un centro de blu ray de cine en casa.

Las 2 suites también tienen vistas a los canales y al jardín, cada uno de ellos ofrecen una configuración de cine en casa. El primero está equipado con una cama doble (king size) articulada eléctricamente, la segunda secuencia comprende una cama doble (Queen).

El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama doble y una cama individual. El cuarto dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales.

La cocina dispone de una marca completa electrodomésticos nuevo y Kitchenaid.

La casa dispone de aire acondicionado y ofrece acceso gratuito a Internet.

La casa está situada en una zona tranquila y rodeada por canales con acceso al mar.

La playa pública está a 10 minutos en coche de la bulliciosa ciudad de Lake Worth. Esta gran playa de arena está llena de restaurantes, cafeterías y algunas tiendas.

Después de la playa, golf, una ronda de esquí acuático o el esquí acuático o el kitesurf, o parte de la pesca marítima, puede hacer sus compras en el centro de West Palm Beach (150 tiendas en la ciudad su lugar) o la zona de tiendas de lujo de la calle Clematis, o hacer crecer a los grandes centros comerciales en Palm Beach Gardens, Wellington.

La casa se encuentra a 1 hora de Miami, también se puede explorar fácilmente la Florida: Orlando y sus parques temáticos y Cabo Cañaveral, en el Norte, los Everglades y los Cayos al sur por no hablar de una larga parada en Miami para descubrir sus diferentes estados de ánimo (Art Deco, cubano, festivo ...).
Al igual que Miami, West Palm Beach es a la vez servida por un aeropuerto internacional y una estación de ferrocarril.

Beautiful property with amazing views

We stayed here for 10 nights and had a lovely stay. Good kitchen, living room and spacous bedrooms. The outdoor area is fantastic for during the day and night.We will stay here again!

Great House With Fabulous Hosts

The house was in top shape when we arrived. Very clean and comfortable. Great updated house fully stocked with amenities including washer/dryer, full kitchen supplies, a very clean pool and a terrific view of the canal. The beds were very comfortable. Claire and Jean are the perfect hosts there to meet any needs we had. I would definitely rent again.

This wonderful home checks every box: immaculate, superbly equipped kitchen, beautifully decorated home with comfy beds and linens, great location and a fabulous pool overlooking a scenic waterway. Perfect luxury getaway

Words cannot describe how amazing this house is. We didn’t even see the beach on our trip as we spent every day lounging in the pool. I have never stayed in a more luxurious VRBO, and I couldn’t recommend it more. Thank you for an awesome girls week away!

Best VRBO stay yet

Immaculate property where the owners actually care about the renters experience and have designed and outfitted the home for use without having to bring or buy things like kitchen utensils, pots and pans, towels, and pillows. The property is luxurious and approachable, it didn’t feel stuffy or delicate for the kids in our party. Highlights include exceptional bathrooms, the aforementioned kitchen, screened in porch, pool and back area with dining table, and the great room with lake views and a huge TV. Would highly recommend!

Amazing Stay

Amazing! This home is beautiful inside and out. This was our first VBRO we’ve rented, and it did not disappoint! Cleanliness-check, toiletries - check, spacious - check. Totally enjoyable home with all of the creature comforts of home. I was in the pool every day and I believe the kitchen was my favorite room in the house and I absolutely loved the master suite. The pool was a hit with my grandson. We will be back!!!

Spacious paradise in West Palm Beach

Our family vacationed at this property in February of 2025 and found it absolutely amazing! The house is very spacious and tastefully decorated. The living room is amazingly large and comfortable, huge sliding doors/windows looking out on the pool and the lake create a feeling that you are on a tropical island. Kitchen is well appointed for a professional cook, with all utensils and gadgets and a variety of dinnerware. Bedrooms are very tastefully decorated and comfortable, we slept as if we were at home.To us the best part of this house was the outdoor space, a large pool next to the lake creates a feeling of the infinity pool. Our kids spent hours playing in the pool. There is ample space to rest and relax, an outdoor eating area and an indoor-outdoor area to sit and enjoy the weather in case it rains. Everything for outdoor living is here.The house is located in a nice neighborhood where you can enjoy a walk or a run. It is easy to get to everything. We recommend this house and cannot wait to vacation here again!

Great waterfront location

Located on the widest part of Lake Clarke, the house is very private. Sitting on the extensive patio we watched the boaters passing by while enjoying the heated pool. The house is exactly as it appears in the listing, and has the best equipped kitchen we have ever had in a rental. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. The large TV and surround sound system in the main living room are amazing, and comes with Apple TV (also in the Master Bedroom). Overall we were delighted with the house. The neighborhood is quiet and residential and conveniently located for shops and restaurants (although none within walking distance). It's an easy 15 minutes to the glitz and glamor of Palm Beach.

Amazing Villa !

My Family and friends spent an amazing week at this Villa, From the initial booking , to checking in to the property , everything was perfect. Property Manager Jean met us at the house and walked us through all the amenities and explained everything that we needed. Any follow up questions were answered without hesitation. The house itself is absolutely stunning!!! The kitchen is like something out of Masterchef , Every utensil you could ever need, pots and pans and on and on, all high end equipment in perfect shape, all the appliances looked as if they were just installed. I love to cook and this kitchen just made everything that much better. The rest of the house was also incredible, two master suites, 4 full bathrooms, huge main family room, pool right on the canal!! I could go on and on about this villa, it really is that nice! We were sad to leave, put we are already looking to return to this exceptional property! Thankyou Claire for allowing my family and friends to make some amazing memories!

I have to say this has been the best villa we have stayed in. Claire our host was super responsive with any questions we had on the run up to the rental. Property manager Jean Alain super friendly guy checked us in showed us around the property and left his contact details should we ever have any questions but we were all good 😊 The property WOW!!!! Amazing!!! Just the 2 of us and such a spacious place right on the Lake. The house was very stylishly decorated, I love to cook and the kitchen had every cooking, preparation tools that any one could think off along with new kitchen appliances. The house was well stocked toilet paper kitchen roll and some spices etc to get you started. The whole house was clean and super comfy bed. Outdoor well highlight I think for us with the infinity pool overlooking the lake, my partner was catching fish off the dock and having BBQ watching the sunsets which were just out of this world. We spent a few days fishing in west palm with good friend of ours Patrick of Swamp to Sea so if you’re into fishing look him up. House is close to plenty of stores and vast restaurants I would definitely recommend Sushi Jo just up the road off Forrest Hill Blvd we had take out couple nights. Location is good for anything you plan to do we just come to chill out and fish but your close to several shopping malls, the beach, and many museums. The neighbourhood is quiet and feel very secure. Thank you Claire we will definable be back next year

Was für ein tolles Haus. Wir waren für 15 Tage in dieser wirklich tollen Location und haben jeden Moment genossen. Der nette Empfang durch Jean, der uns durch das sehr neue und vor allem sehr saubere Haus führte war schon ein toller Start. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl, es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool - in dem wir echt viel Zeit verbrachten - war immer sauber und gepflegt, das Wasser sehr warm und mit dem schönen Außenbereich kam echtes Urlaubsfeeling auf. Die Umgebung rings um das Haus ist ebenfalls sehr einladend, ruhig und vor allem sicher. Palm Beach ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für 1 oder Mehrtagestouren in Florida. Wir waren auf den Florida Keys, Fort Lauderdale, Miami und in den Everglades. Ebenfalls empfehlenswert ist Juno mit dem Loggerhead marine life Center (Schildkrötenhospital) sowie der Lion Safari Park um mal die für uns wichtigsten zu nennen. Wir bedanken uns auch bei Claire für die tolle und unkomplizierte Unterstützung im Vorfeld unserer Reise und empfehlen dieses Haus bedenkenlos weiter!

Lovely home base for vacation!

We just spent a wonderful week at Claire’s beautiful property. The home is gorgeous and was clean and super well-appointed. We particularly loved the view out to the lake, the motorized blackout shades, the porch (which can be screened or open with the click of a button), the heated towel racks in each bathroom, and the super comfy leather couch in the living room with the massive TV. Jean was available for any questions and check out was a breeze. Location was central and right off the highway so we spent a lot of time on Palm Beach Island, went to the zoo, down to the Boca Art Museum, and did a few beachside dinners at Benny’s and JB’s. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe - no sidewalks however, so we weren’t able to get out for any walks (we have a baby and didn’t want to push a stroller in the street). We had a wonderful week and made many happy memories!

West Palm gem!!

A wonderful property that fit all of our needs perfectly. Property was as listed, really better!! Very comfortable 4BR 4bath house with very spacious family room and dining area. Pool was fantastic for relaxing and spending the afternoon just hanging out. Kitchen was superbly stocked from appliances, silverware to dishes. Hope to come back again for future visits.

Amazing Amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this rental in West Palm Beach. The location was great - close to the interstate but quiet and safe. The setting is beautiful with the view of the pool and canal. Furnishings were very high quality and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with top of the line appliances and accessories. The property manager was knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. Highly recommend!
