Great House and Great Location

The house had everything we needed. We cooked in several nights and had all the equipment we needed, even the gas grill had all the tools. We took a bunch of boys in their young 20's. The pool, pool table and pinball machine were all in great shape and used frequently. Short walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants. Paige is a great host. She was very responsive when we had a minor plumbing issue. A great house for a family vacation!

Beautiful Beach Wedding!

We had an intimate and beautiful beach wedding and reception for my sister at this property. We had 25 guests for the wedding and reception and the Bride and 13 of us girls stayed at the house. The property hostess was more than accommodating with all of our special requests. She helped with everything for the event from start to finish! The beach was a beautiful setting for the evening wedding and the house and the pool area was a perfect setting for the night time reception. We are so thankful to our hostess Catherine Paige for allowing our special event and for all of her help! We plan on making this an annual anniversary trip in the future!

Incredible Family Reunion at The Beach!

We had a great time at this property Family reunion from 4 different states. Easy access from Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale airports. Big house with everything we needed. Very easy and close beach access. Great restaurants a short and easy walk. Everything was GREAT!!!

Great Family Getaway!

We were passing through on our way to a Disney Cruise. We were two 40+ year olds with a 9 and 13 year old. The house was more than we expected! Very clean and very comfortable. After a couple of long days in the car, it was nice to be able to walk to everything! We spent our days at the beach, walked to dinner, and then hung out and played in the pool at night. The owner was very helpful with local info. and easy to get a hold of. We highly recommend this property!

Corperate retreat

I am a corperate team builder currently based in St. Louis. I am originally from West Palm Beach so I know the area very well. I bring team members and clients to West Palm Beach frequently for Cardinals spring training, The Honda Classic, and events at the WPB convention center.I have rented many properties in the area, and this one is my favorite. Excellent for work, rest, and play. House is very clean and very well organized. I have already booked our next two trips to come back.

Ultimate 40th Birth Day Girl's Trip!

We rented this home for my best friend's 40th Birthday. 14 of us girls flew in from all over, most as a surprise! 14 girls slept over for the week and an additional 6 husbands and boyfriends came for the official day of the birthday and surprise party. We had the best time ever!!! Our theme was luau and our host Paige helped us take it to the next level! Paige helped us get a DJ, catering, bartender and best of all- hula and fire dancers! Paige also booked special events for us throughout the week- beach yoga, a paddle boarding tour and picnic, fishing charter and a sunset cruise. We had the best time ever and hope to make this an annual event!

Wonderful Property & Great Host!

We had a great mini family reunion with 2 adult couples,1 senior couple, 2 twin 8 year old boys, and 2 teen girls. There was plenty of space for everyone and too much to do and see in one trip! We spent a lot of quality time together either playing in the pool or relaxing poolside, or doing the same at the beach. The house had more than enough of everything we needed for sunning, dining, and relaxing by the pool and the same for days at the beach. The house is very well kept, comfortable beds, and we especially enjoyed the outside hot shower! Our host supplied bikes and paddle boards for all the girls and booked a fishing charter for all us guys. We are very thankful to our gracious hosts for sharing this beautiful property. We made life long memories and will be back!

Paige is a proud Florida native born and raised in Palm Beach County, and grew up on the beaches of Singer Island. Paige is an ocean, water sports, and environmental enthusiast. She is also the creator of, and was the director of, the first ever kids' summer surf camp in South Florida. For over 20 years Paige shared her love and knowledge of the ocean and all its wonders with 1000's of kids from all walks of life, many who attended as what Paige happily refers to as "on scholarship". Although now retired from the summer camp, Paige continues to offer water sports such as surfing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, and sport fishing to locals and visitors alike and especially enjoys sharing this special local knowledge and "Pura Vida" spirit with her VRBO guests. Paige participates in many charity fundraising and volunteer events such as Fishing for MD, Big Dog Ranch Rescue Fishing KDW, Blue Water Babes Fishing For A Cure, Surfing For Autism, and has participated in several mission trips locally and internationally including to Haiti, Cuba, and the Bahamas. Paige graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Business Management and is also a real estate agent licensed in Florida for over 20 years.

This home is unique in many ways. First of all, as you can see from our background story, we take great pride in our home and our beaches. We are hands on private owners. This is our only rental property. We are not a part of a property manager group or an owner who has bought several properties with the only intention to enter the vacation rental market, so our home and our guests receive our full and personal attention. Another unique aspect of our home is our beach access. There are no homes directly on the beach on Singer Island so this home is just about as close as you can get in a private, single family pool home. Our beach path is directly across the street and is paved making our beach wagons and coolers on wheels a breeze to get to the beach. Although our path is public, there is no public parking near our path so our beach remains very private as compared to the public beach, and our path is used primarily just by our neighborhood. We can also offer an ocean front, all access, beach resort membership with your rental which provides you access to the beach, chairs and umbrellas on the beach with attendants, and full resort access to the pool, hot tub, restaurant and tiki bar. This home is also unique in its proximity to all Singer Island has to offer. Restaurants, coffee shop, bagel shop, ice cream parlor, pizza parlor, bars, shops, convenience store, grocer, gas station, liquor store, gym, tennis courts, pickle ball, playground, nail salon and hair salon and more are all just a short 3 blocks away. Also on and around the Island we have a spas, Sailfish Marina, Rybovich Safe Harbor Marina, public boat ramps, Ocean Reef County Park, John D. MacAurthur State Park, Peanut Island, Phil Foster Park and so much more!
