Property Description
I’ve fully renovated this historic 1800s tailor’s house in the heart of Edinburgh’s trendy Shore of Leith. The home is finished to a high standard, keeping original character throughout while adding all the modern comforts families and groups need. With four spacious bedrooms, a large open-plan living area, and a sunny south-facing garden, it’s an ideal base for exploring the city.
The house has ground-floor entry and is set over three floors:
Ground Floor – Open-Plan Living
A bright, spacious kitchen and living area designed for groups and families.
Fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances
Large island for cooking and casual dining
Comfortable sofa + Samsung Frame TV with Netflix and NOW TV
Three bifold doors opening onto a south-facing terrace
Hidden laundry area with washing machine (we'll help you find it!)
The terrace and garden are a genuine suntrap — perfect for morning coffee or winding down after a day out.
First Floor – Three Bedrooms + Main Bathroom
This floor has three of the four bedrooms, all sharing a generous bathroom with a rainfall shower and bathtub.
