St. Ives y el panda orgánico

El Panda orgánico, rodeado de palmeras maduras de Cornualles, es una elegante casa victoriana de 3 pisos con vistas panorámicas de St. Ives Bay y el faro de Godrevy. Está a solo 2 minutos a pie de la galardonada playa de Porthminster y a 5 minutos del centro de St. Ives

Amplio y ligero, con muebles de madera maciza recuperada y una vibrante exposición interna de arte original. El lugar perfecto para relajarse y descansar, adecuado para reuniones familiares, bodas y ocasiones especiales. Hay wi-fi gratuito en toda la casa. Paquete de bienvenida proporcionado, háganos saber sus requisitos especiales. También hay estacionamiento para dos autos medianos.

La sala de estar y comedor de planta abierta tiene un cómodo sofá, un puf gigante, un televisor de 40 pulgadas y Xbox 360 Kinect, una mesa de comedor rústica de 10 plazas, pisos con arena originales y grandes ventanales.

La gran cocina única totalmente equipada con asientos adicionales, tiene una cocina de gas de 6 fuegos, superficies de trabajo de granito, piso de baldosas de pizarra y una puerta estable que conduce al jardín.

Las habitaciones bien diseñadas, contemporáneas y elegantes constan de 3 dobles y 2 gemelas (4 con baño privado). Se accede a nuestra sexta habitación, conocida como la Guarida, a través de una estantería secreta "escotilla", una conversión de loft con ventanas de balcón Calibre y cama doble adecuada para niños o escondite romántico.

Las habitaciones tienen pisos alfombrados o lijados, ropa de cama de bambú orgánico, edredones de plumón o hipoalergénicos (a pedido) y t digital. v./DVD. Los cuartos de baño y el baño tienen toallas de bambú orgánico y artículos de tocador.

Las plantas abundan en The Organic Panda con un área con césped al frente de la propiedad, fabulosas plantas de Cornualles y un encantador jardín trasero aislado con área de descanso y barbacoa, una trampa para el sol perfecta.

Organic Panda está comprometido con las buenas prácticas medioambientales y tiene un premio de oro de Green Tourism.

Had an absolutely fabulous time. House is so spacious and very accommodating for families. We were 3 families and all had plenty of space. Well equipped with all essentials you would need from kitchen accessories to beach accessories.Parking space was really helpful.Location is just super. A short walk to the beach and harbour and plenty of food options. Great quirky shops everywhere too.Host was fab too. Very communicative and easily reachable. Thank you for the hamper too that was a lovely touch. We would highly highly recommend staying here.

Perfect place in St. Ives

This was our second time staying at the organic panda, and we enjoyed it very much! Perfect house for our large group, with easy access to everything in the village and beaches. Beautiful view of St Ives Bay. Peter was very responsive.

Awesome

The Organic Panda is an amazing house in a beautiful location. Been to St Ives many times but first time stayed for weekend. Coastal views from house are lovely and loads of room in this property. Hidden room very cool and quirky. Would recommend to anyone thinking of booking this place - it's awesome. Weekend of sun, sea, sand, good food, good company, several wines and ciders and a lot of laughs! Many thanks to host for the hamper of goodies.

Great location and a lovely house!

Host was always willing to answer questions and even switched out items from the gift hamper to suit our needs. The house was a stones throw from the coast and the view was amazing. Only issue for us as a whole was the house didn't feel clean. Some surfaces where dusty while others where somewhat sticky but besides that we had a great time and would definitely come back.

Property was in a great location, very spacious and great for the kids. Kitchen could have done with some more chopping boards and some champagne flutes. Also couldn’t get the Xbox to work for the kids. Apart from that everything was fine and we had a lovely time their.

Needs a deep clean and maintenance to meet its potential

This is a great house and the hosts were lovely and kind and have done all the right things to make it welcoming BUT the kitchen needs some serious attention and the whole house needs a hard clean. The dishwasher doesn't clean, the kitchen tap is sticky so you get blasted with water no matter how careful you try to be, the cooker goes off if you turn the gas low and you will need to pack matches as the ignition only works on one ring. Don't use any shelves or windowsills to put things on as they are covered with engrained old grease. The top floor has a moth problem- we saw dozens- and one bathroom had a silverfish. There was an bit of chewed gum and an old cotton bud on a shelf in one shower and previous guests rubbish under a bed. Nothing felt clean. But Brilliant location Lovely big airy rooms w high ceilings and some nice views Good TV w Netflix and an xbox Nice big dining table Hallway night lights WiFi boosters to the top of the house Not covered in "do this / don't do this" signs Nice welcome box of jam biscuits and prosecco etc But just so dirty that we didn't really feel we could relax.

Excellent family holiday venue

We were very satisfied with the property. There were a few minor issues. We needn't have contacted the owner about extra bedding if we had found the 6th bedroom sooner - I suppose we were a bit slow on the uptake! Larder space in the kitchen was limited. the cooks would have liked a mixer. A couple of lamps didn't work. Nevertheless a great house for a holiday. Thank you.

Family holiday

A great house for an extended family holiday ages 1-93! Very comfortable beds and everything you need in the bedrooms together with a very well equipped kitchen. Buckets and spades and beach towels also provided. A short walk to Porthminster Beach as well as easy access to the town. We walked everywhere and not too far for the four year olds especially with the reward of an ice cream! Good meals at Pothmeor cafe and Harbour by the lifeboat station.

Amazing, Spacious House!

The house was exactly what was advertised, in a perfect location with amazing veiws. Only a 2 min walk to the beach, Harbour and town. We had a lovely hamper on arrival, watch out for the hidden room, that was alot of fun to find. Lovely Art throughout the house and very spacious, would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Ben

Great house!

The location, sea views and amenities were just as advertised but we were truly impressed on arrival by the capaciousness of this airy house. Each room was generously proportioned and our large party – including a three-year-old and a 93-year old – was very comfortably accommodated.

Fantastic family holiday

Just come back from a wonderful holiday at the Organic Panda in St Ives. The location was just perfect for us as a family. Once the cars were parked we didn’t use them for the entire week! We were able to walk to all the local beaches, shops, restaurants and the Sloop. The house was very well equipped and comfortable for our large family group. We particularly appreciated the welcome food hamper and Prosecco filled with everything you need to get you started. The home owner was very easy to communicate with and knowledgeable by recommending a few restaurants which we thoroughly enjoyed. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to the wonderful St Ives.

Fantastic Place to Stay

The house is great and perfect for myself and 10 others who spent the week in St Ives for a wedding. The location is perfect with sea views, and only a 5minute walk into town and 10mins to the front. Great outdoor seating area, although a bit more space and a couple more outside seats would have been good.

Living the Cornish Dream

Well equipped house for families sharing this beautiful house. Amazing views from the bedrooms and having 2 parking spaces is a real bonus. This is our 3rd year visiting the house and we hope to continue to come for many years to come.

A wonderful home to gather with friends and enjoy the delights of the beautiful St. Ives. The house was perfect for the 12 of us. We all loved it, it was warm and homely with plenty of room for all. The hidden bedroom was a hit with the younger generation and lots of fun trying to find, a great idea! The welcome basket was a lovely surprise, full of treats, healthy ones too! Perfect location for all we wanted to do. We couldn't fault it. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you.

The Organic Panda has been sympathetically restored and our choice of furniture and interior décor hand - picked with love. The Organic Panda hosts a vibrant in-house exhibition by Andrea and her family, many of the works are for sale, some of which are in national and international collections. The curtains in the living room, designed by Dorothy Carr were featured in a recent exhibition at the V & A. Our commitment to good design and sustainable practice has informed and shaped many of our decisions. We hope you enjoy our choices.

It was love at first sight, the stunning location, surrounding garden, amazing views particularly from the master bedroom and the attic bedroom. The azure blue water, golden sands and dazing light. wow!
