Dear guests, I welcome you to my wonderful apartment, which has been renovated and elegantly and comfortably furnished by our family. We manage it ourselves to ensure you have an unforgettable vacation in the heart of the most beautiful city in the world.
We’re right in the historic center, 100 meters from Piazza del Duomo, just a short walk from Piazza della Repubblica and Piazza Signoria, and 200 meters from Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi—in short, as you can see, we’re at the heart of Florence’s history.
The Space
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen area and a comfortable sofa facing a smart LCD TV with internet access. There are two double bedrooms: one is very large with an extra-large double bed and a view of Brunelleschi’s dome; the other is smaller with a French bed and a view of Palazzo Vecchio. Both are equipped with air conditioning and LCD TVs. The apartment is perfect for four people, but upon request, it can accommodate a fifth and sixth person using the two single beds in the loft (however, this is subject to my approval).The apartment is very bright and equipped with independent heating for the winter and air conditioning for the summer. It comes with all necessary linens and extra blankets for the winter. Free Wi-wi.fi s available throughout the house.Washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and a large living area with a beautiful Smart TV.

Please note that we’re on the 4th floor with 96 steps to climb and no elevator; however, you don’t need to worry about your luggage because we’ll help you carry it.
