The host was amazing. She responded immediately to every communication. The street was noisy but only with expected noise from regular things on the street, it became white noise immediately. Gelato and restaurants a block away. The apartment was part 16th century and part 21st century. I would totally stay again.

We enjoyed our stay and found the apartment comfortable, bright, spacious and well located for exploring Florence. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our visit.A few housekeeping details could be improved. We found that some dishes needed to be rewashed before use, and the bathroom toothbrush cup appeared not to have been cleaned thoroughly. We also discovered an extra set of towels during our stay, but it would have been helpful to have clearer information about where spare linens were stored. Providing paper towels or extra kitchen dish cloth would also be a welcome addition for guests staying several nights.Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the apartment, particularly for its location and comfort.

Our visit in Florence was spectacular. Wonderful apartment

Great property close to everything, museums, restaurants, historic sights. Was a bit noisy on Saturday night due to street noise but other nights were fine.

Great location in a great building. It's perfect for a couple. The main bedroom is in the back of the building so its quiet. Also great to have two bathrooms. It does not have a toaster if you want toast in the mornings (we used a fry pan!) and only has a coffee maker for pods that you can purchase at the grocery store which is conveniently located next door. We had a lovely time in Florence!

Great apartment in a very convenient location. Communication with Susanna and her team was great and check in process was flawless. Will definitely try to stay in the apartment again next time I’m in Firenze!

This apartment was very clean and the owners were very nice and so helpful when we were trying to find a taxi during the recent rail strike. The only thing is the 2nd bedroom Is really a loft- so if you are looking for a true bedroom with a door for privacy- this apartment would not work

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family with kids. Parking right across the street was a huge plus, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to Santa Croce and surrounded by lots of great restaurants and cafes. Having a grocery store right downstairs made it so easy to grab breakfast items and snacks.A few small things to note: the master bathroom was a bit tight and only one shower ( jacuzzi in other bath), also we are asked to strip the linens before leaving. We also had to pay the tourist fee in cash, would’ve been easier if it were included through VRBO charges.Overall, though, it was a wonderful stay in a perfect spot for exploring Florence. We’d happily stay here again!

Thank you for your detailed review, which will help future guests understand its features. There must have been a misunderstanding regarding the sheets, as the check-out instructions don't require them to be removed. We'll take care of that. Unfortunately, Vrbo doesn't offer a tourist tax collection service and indicates at the time of booking that they will be collected at the property. Yes, there are two bathrooms, as described, one with a shower and the other with a jacuzzi tub with a pull-out shower so you can still use it for showering and not bathing. I hope I've clarified a few points. Thank you so much for your stay, and we'd be happy to host you again.

Great location

The apartment could use some love and care, but everything was in working order. Communication with host was good with only one hiccup due to google maps’ incorrect pin. The place was located in district 1 (heart of Florence) so it was easy to walk to museums and sites.

Beautiful apartment and setting. Attentive host. Great location. The apartment is well-stocked, and the host even left drinks in the fridge for us! The building is old and beautiful, and the elevator saved us until it stopped working the morning we left. But the stairs were very manageable. Hot tub was great. We washed our clothes, dried our hair, and enjoyed every amenity. The main bedroom is huge and quiet. The loft bedroom was quite loud on weekend nights. We slept fine up there with earbuds in and white noise on.
