Beautiful 3 bedroom Villa in the Golf and Sports paradise of La Manga Club
This fully air-conditioned villa has been stripped and beautifully refurbished in 2021. The owners made sure to keep the look and feel of an Andalucian finca. As it is perched on the Los Altos hill this villa offers views to die for.
This villa is suitable for short term holidays as well as long-term rentals even during the colder winter months as it is equipped with underfloor heating on both floors.
The 3 large bedrooms are located on the lower floor thus providing extra cooling during the summer period. The Master bedroom “Dali” has a kingsize boxspring and a big comfortable en-suite bathroom with double sink, toilet, bath and walk-in shower. It also has a terrace for your morning tea or coffee.
The 2nd bedroom “Cézanne” has twin beds which can be made into 2 singles. The very large 3rd bedroom “Picasso” also has twin beds which can be split and an office area.
A 2nd bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and a washing machine/tumbler.
On the ground floor there is a guest toilet, a large living room in which you will find an extendable dining table seating 8, a 50” Smart TV (Samsung) and its accompanying Dolby-Atmos soundbar. This will allow you to have wired digital TV (all major British channels) + you can play music, films and TV wirelessly from your own mobile devices.
The high performance WiFi with glass fiber connection and a Powerline internet network guarantee optimal connectivity inside and outside. Thus allowing for home office activities if desired.
The kitchen has been extended and provides all modern amenities with an eye for authenticity, quality and luxury. All built-in appliances are Bosch/Siemens such as the microwave, oven, dishwasher and induction hob. As a finishing touch you will have a 2-doors, 50’s style large refrigerator with freezer.
The living room gives access to an impressive terrace boasting ample space to relax and dine al fresco against the spectacular panoramic backdrop which spans across Cabezo de la fuente aka Lion Mountain, the surrounding greenbelt landscape, the resort, the Mar Menor and out over the Mediterranean Sea. Here you can enjoy drinks and meals either at the dining table or you can use the 8 persons lounge set with height adjustable table next to the built-in BBQ.
From the top solarium you can enjoy 360 degrees views from your sun beds providing all year round sunshine.
With 3 well-appointed pools a few steps from your door, this villa truly is a home from home. Consequently it is a non smoking, no pets allowed property.
The on-resort office provides:
- maid service: arrival and departure cleans and a mid stay clean for durations of 14 days or more
- resort and surrounding area information: your essential guide to La Manga Club and your accommodation
- concierge service with 24 hour emergency service throughout your stay
Optional services:
- food packs: grocery packs to suit your needs

La Manga Club is an exclusive tourist, sports and leisure resort, located in the Murcia region, surrounded by an exceptional natural environment, next to the Mediterranean Sea and the Calblanque Natural Park. This is within walking distance of the villa.
The resort's 6 km² of facilities include three world-famous 18-hole golf courses, a Racquets Club with 28 tennis courts, 7 new padel courts and a fully renovated gym, as well as 8 football pitches. 3 of which are the recent home of FC Cartagena's Sports City. In and around the resort there are plenty of excellent restaurants, some of which are within walking distance of the villa.
