Espectacular villa contemporánea con piscina privada y vistas al mar en el centro de La Manga Club

Nuestra espaciosa villa cercada está en un terreno plantado con árboles grandes. Tiene una posición elevada, terrazas que la rodean y fantásticas vistas del Mar Menor. Las terrazas seguras le dan una fantástica área habitable, es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y absorber las vistas. Si decide moverse, puede ir al gimnasio a ejercitarse y después puede nadar en la fantástica piscina interior que tiene un muy buen sistema de audio. (La piscina puede calentarse bajo solicitud para que pueda nadar sin importar la época del año). Abra todas las puertas corredizas alrededor de la piscina y traiga el exterior adentro, o relájese afuera en una de las tumbonas. Ponga su música favorita y disfrútela en el sistema de audio. Esta es una excelente propiedad, bien diseñada con acabados y accesorios de alta calidad. Las habitaciones espaciosas e iluminadas y 2 salas de estar, hacen que esta propiedad sea cómoda para grupos grandes. Encontrará todas las comodidades para una estancia maravillosa.

We enjoyed a fortnight staying here with friends and family. Great villa, spacious, in a great location with great views down to the Mar Menor. Check-in was seamless and both the host and the management company were always very responsive, e.g. with the latter, replacing gas cylinder on BBQ. The kitchen proximity to outdoor eating area and verandah was especially convenient. Thoroughly recommend.

Great villa for a multigenerational family stay!

Wonderful villa in a great spot on the golf club, walking distance to all amenities. Villa provides all you would need to entertain all ages and enough space for multi-generational holiday where everyone has their own space when needed. Indoor pool makes it very comfortable in the off season too. We have stayed here twice now as it just fits the bill in so many ways!

La Manga Villa 169B - Marvelous

A lovely spacious villa at La Manga in a great position for restaurants, bars and supermarket. Everything had been thought of and catered for in the villa. We did have some minor reservations before going regarding the indoor pool, but this proved to be very much a positive on both the days when we had rain, but also on the very hot days when we didn't have to worry about the children burning whilst in the pool. We did have a few small problems whilst at the villa but these were handled very quickly and all communication was excellent. A great holiday location.

family friendly holiday

The villa was amazing and would suit families or a group of friends. The facilities and space allowed everyone to spread out and then come together at one of the many dining tables to enjoy time together. We swam in the pool whilst others spent time in the games room. The separate unit for washing and drying clothes was appreciated especially having 2 babies with us. We particularly like sitting on the balcony with the view of the Mar Menor in the distance

Amazing villa and host

This villa is simply incredible. We stayed with friends, so there was 11 of us in total. The kids and teenagers loved the pool and games room and the adults loved chilling in the huge lounge and on the fabulous sun terraces. Shirley, the owner, and Alison the property manager were super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The size and layout of the Villa is superb and it’s in an incredible location - just minutes from The Racquets club and a short stroll to the supermarket and restaurants. We all loved our stay. La Manga Club is a great place for all ages. We will definitely come back soon.

Fantastic Villa in a great location

We stayed here in July 2023 to celebrate my father in laws 80th Birthday. There were 10 of us - 8 adults and two children. The villa is in a great spot at the heart of La Manga club - short walk to the Raquets Club and not far to Supermarket and local restaurants and bars. Short drive to La Cala restaurant and beach which is fantastic. The villa is super spacious and there was loads of room. There are multiple outside spaces to relax and dine in, we mainly used the upstairs terrace where you get a bit more breeze. The pool is great - although it is indoors, you can open all the sliding doors so you get the outside breeze but without the sun - this was great fo the kids as they could play for hours without worrying about them getting burnt. Loads of sunbeds outside. The rooms are all spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with two large fridge freezers to keep things cool. All the rest of the appliances very good quality and easy to use. BBQ areas outside is great. There is a massive TV with all the Sky channels - we enjoyed watched the finale of the Ashes test match! Shirley the Owner was super helpful before we arrived and we had not problems when we were there. Overall, a great Villa in a fantastic location - I will we will return!

Incredible!!!

This villa is amazing. Spacious, clean, luxurious and very central so no car/taxis needed. We went with 6 teens and they loved it. The weather was amazing so they spent the days lounging round the huge paved outside areas listening to music and enjoying the pool. The Villa feels very private and not over looked at all, the bedrooms were all a good size with lots of wardrobe space. Fully functional kitchen and utility room. Huge lounge with a massive TV and the wrap around balcony has numerous places to sit and chill or sunbathe. I can’t fault anything. Shirley was very helpful prior to arrival and her management agent Alison in la manga is totally on the ball. We used Alisons services to go shopping for us so when we arrived all our food and drink was put away so wasted no time getting the holiday started. We love La Manga and have been there several times. 30 mins max from the airport and plenty of places to eat and drink. It’s well worth a visit. Thanks to Shirley for having such a beautiful villa - 5*

Fabulous property, even better than the photos!

We had an amazing time at the villa. Shirley was so helpful prior to departure and gave some great suggestions of where to go on arrival and departure days. Everything we needed was at the villa. It was perfectly situated between two ‘village areas’ of La Manga Club, so had a lot of scope for various restaurants and bars to go to - all within an easy 10 minute walk. Supermarkets were also close and an easy walk - they offered a delivery service which was handy as we didn’t rent a car. The villa was extremely clean, lots of space for us to spread around. The kitchen was well equipped - plus having two ovens was great, especially as we did pizzas one lunchtime, so lots of scope for cooking, plus the barbecue was brilliant! The outdoor table was used lots for playing cards and eating on and we even got the music system working, which was a great addition. We would have liked an outdoor pool, but with the doors opened the pool really was part of the sun lounging area - plus we didn’t need to worry about kids shoulders bring burnt in the midday sun! Would recommend this villa to everyone, it’s lovely!

Family Trip

Property was ideal for our family group of 13 to enjoy ! Pool , gym and outdoor facilities kept them occupied while nana and grandad could retreat to the upstairs balcony for a more tranquil time!

The perfect place for a bit of R and R

We were very fortunate to find this villa at the last minute. Shirley, the owner, was very helpful to ensure that we had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. This is a large internal and external property with all the necessary appliances. It has 2 BBQs which we enjoyed most nights, lots of sun loungers and plastic wine glasses for an afternoon glass of rose by the pool :). Due to Covid19, La Manga Club was moderately quiet (which suited us perfectly) yet it had enough socially distanced bars and restaurants open to be able to enjoy our time outside the villa. We were also able to play a few games of tennis and rounds of golf! All in all, it was a perfect holiday. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone.

Excellent property on Calle Estrella in La Manga Club. Very well equipped and maintained luxury property with indoor pool, table tennis, pool table and a multitude of indoor and outdoor space. Extremely well appointed and maintained and can easily fit 10 people without seeming at all crowded. On site agent was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again. Only slight downside for some would be the absence of an outdoor pool in the height of summer. Although patio doors to indoor pool open out fully onto outdoor terrace minimising this as an issue.

Fantastic Villa and location in all respects

Great Villa in excellent position on La Manga Club resort, not sure you could better it. The Villa was everything it said would be, our favorite area was a "chill out" area of sofa's and window seat with soft cushions on the balcony upstairs. Whether it was early morning with a coffee or late evening with a beer or glass of wine it was just great. Easy dealing with Owner who could not be more helpful and prompt in all aspects. We were a family of different generations and we had an absolute super time, the Villa is fantastically equipped with everything you would need. So much so we are thinking of returning again next year!

Amazing villa in fantastic location.

Amazing property in a fantastic location close to all amenities. Perfect for three generations travelling together as there was so much to do. The owners really have thought of everything. The pool was superb and kept the kids entertained. Plenty of space for everyone both outdoors and indoors. Thoroughly recommend this property.

A suberb villa, ideally situated in La Manga

Prior to our visit, we had read so much about the villa and our expectations were high, but the villa lived up to them all. I cannot commend it highly enough. Everything, from the furniture, facilities, games etc was first class. We were a bit dubious about the indoor but, but with children this works really well as they are kept out of the sun and saves on sun cream. We spent many an early and late evening enjoying cocktails on the patio, enjoying views over to La Manga Strip. The only improvement that I can suggest is to have a hole at each end of the putting green.

Perfect Villa for a family holiday!

The Villa was immaculately presented with everything you could need and more to enjoy a very special family getaway. The location was ideal with a beautiful view looking out to sea and only a short walk to the local shops/restaurants/bars. The customer service was excellent and the booking process was very easy. We would definitely recommend this villa for a great family holiday, our only regret was only booking for 1 week!

Wonderful Holiday

We had a wonderful stay with friends and family in what is a tremendous villa. Six adults and five children were in our party but the villa would comfortably accommodate more which we will hoping to test next year! The villa is spotless and with great attention to detail which left us wanting for nothing. The golf courses are stunning and there are loads of restaurants and bars to suit all. Close proximity to the strip and the lagoon with fantastic beaches make it a great location. We would strongly recommend this villa and hope to return soon ourselves.

Fantastic Family Group Villa

Difficult to have anything to criticise (or would be seriously nit picking!). In summary very spacious, every comfort and more, plenty to do and great location. We were a family of 2 middle age couples, 2 young couple and 2 children. Villa has 3 fab double en-suite bedroom, 1 large room with 2 double beds (we allocated this room the main bathroom as it was next door) and a decent sized room with 2 single beds (our girls shared our en-suite). All bedrooms were comfortable, great beds and air conditioning all round. Loads of indoor and outdoor space making it easy to be all together anywhere or have a bit of privacy if desired. Great music system in the main lounge and music piped to kitchen and pool. Pool, table tennis and darts indoors, putting and a net for badminton or 'racket ball' outdoors. Indoor pool worked really well - could stay in the pool as long as you wanted and kids didn't get burnt!. Sliding doors around pool makes it feel reasonably outdoors and easy to move between the pool and loungers. Really close to all facilities : 2 supermarket (each 5 minutes walk), various shops, bars and restaurants. Ideal for golf and tennis. Although a bit away you do get a nice view of the mar menor from the upstairs balconies.
