The flexible space can be used as a living, dining, or home office area, furnished with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and a dining table with chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a sink, toaster, electric kettle, full-sized refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and more. Complete sets of dishes, cutlery, and crockery are provided, along with pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. A washing machine is available for your convenience, and a drying rack is also provided. Additional amenities include an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom.
Both bedrooms are street-facing and furnished with double beds and high-quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows, and pillowcases are provided, as well as bath towels for each guest. The apartment includes one bathroom, accessible via the hallway, featuring a shower, toilet, and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, along with complimentary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap to start your stay.
Guest safety is our priority, which is why the apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants.
