Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Building is through the courtyard and on the top floor. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and in the flat.

Amazing location and host! The apartment is a bit quirky… ask host about how key works to get in, codes for doors, how to use coffee maker, etc when arriving. The apartment is not perfect but again, the location and host make up for it! The stairs were not as challenging as we expected. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay! The place was very cozy and clean. The neighborhood and location was amazing. The host had fantastic communication and when our towels weren’t in the place, he brought them within an hour, late at night. I would recommend to anyone and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Host was excellent and very responsive. Very comfortable space tucked away on the top floor of a very old and unique building. 4 stars was selected for family friendly as it quite a few stairs to the unit (accurately reported in listing to be fair). Loved the loft bed. Beautifully decorated and bed linens were clean and comfy! Host provided excellent recommendations on dining spots. Easy walk to museums and Notre Dame.

Cute apartment in the heart of Paris. We walked to all the main sites from here. The apartment had a wonderful homey feel for me and my family. Would recommend to anyone coming to Paris. Host was attentive and clearly explained everything we needed for our stay.

Thank you, Miguel, for being the best host. The property was excellent and was just as we expected. You went above and behind with hospitality and it made Paris even more special for my little family!The loft was clean and had everything we needed. It is in a lively neighborhood but its windows face in so it remains very quiet!

Amazing location!

The apartment is just as described, and perfectly situated. The neighborhood is lovely, with so many cafes, restaurants, and sites all within walking distance. Miguel is a great host and very responsive, and took great care in cleaning the apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much. There are indeed 102 steps up to the apartment, which ensured we got our exercise each day! :

Fantastic Location!

The loft is lovely and Miguel is very sweet. We enjoyed our stay. The location is absolutely amazing! It's near the Notre Dame, Louvre and Bon Marche. The draw back is the 102 stairs to get to the loft, washing machine was broken (very common in Europe) and no shower (tub only).Overall it was a lovely experience!

Fabulous Location!!

The apartment is located near a ton of wonderful cafes and restaurants but is quiet beyond the courtyard doors. Grab take away sandwiches from Cosi (right outside the door) to eat in Jardin du Luxembourg - amazing! Miguel is a great host and even brough us fresh towels and pastries during our stay. The air conditioning unit was a plus during the July heatwave. Just know there are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment but worth it for the location.

Very quant and pleasant apartment. Having two double beds very handy. Wifi/TV all good. Kitchen is basic. It’s a fair climb up the stairs. The location is outstanding.

Amazing Location

Miguel was an amazing host and it was the little touches that really made our stay. When we arrived he helped us carry our bags to our flat and brought fresh flowers for our stay. The location was perfect and allowed us to walk or use the metro with ease.

Charming and beautiful Parisian apartment

Wonderful, magical stay that gave us exactly we wanted out of our first family trip to Paris. So quiet with beautiful views of Parisian rooftops, and the kids loved the private loft space where they slept. Beautiful apartment that is very well located. Host is wonderful, so accommodating and friendly. Cannot wait to return

The appartment is typically Parisian small but quaint. It is well appointed, has everything you need. Beds are comfortable and linens are more than adequate. Amazing location, close to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy. Metro is close by. Walking distance to Notre Dame and the Louvre. Checking in was not clear but once we figured it out, all good. I would just caution anyone with limited mobility to look elsewhere due to the many steps to get to the 5th floor. Owner frequently checked in on us if we needed anything which was appreciated.Overall great place to rent for short visits to Paris.

Centrally Located Lovely Loft

We had such a wonderful stay at this loft! It was in the best location that was steps away from great restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores and a 10 minute walk to the Louvre. The Museum D'Orsay was also nearby. Our family truly enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay again if ever we revisit Paris. Miguel was very accomodating and responsive with any questions we had. He was an amazing host! Thanks again for a great stay!

Great stay

In the heart of 6th on top of cafes and restaurants. However this property is extremely quiet and tranquil inside. Top floor so be prepared to walk up some stairs. We didn’t mind but might be important info to some. The host was great. Felt like a person who genuinely cares about his guests. The place was just as expected. Good value for the location

Most amazing day of my life. We had the best time and everyone enjoyed the location and our host. He was such a kind person and had wonderful communication throughout the entirety of our trip and was extremely responsive. We even received breakfast one morning from him, which was very kind. Everything you need in the 6th

This gem of an apartment made our stay! The two beds were very comfortable, the tiny kitchen had everything we needed and the two bathrooms (one with a tub and one with a toilet) made getting ready for the day easy. Our host was fantastic and he even treated us to clean towels and breakfast treats towards the end of our stay. The location was the best - grocery store a half block away and ton of food options nearby. Transportation options within blocks! Enjoy!!
