This contemporary seaside apartment is fully furnished and equipped for
a self-catering stay with all the comforts of a home.
A fully equipped kitchen with all required appliances is provided in
the apartment for self-catering guests. From the kitchen, a great
living space with cosy furniture and stunning views of Table Mountain
can be seen. The apartment has two bathrooms, and two bedrooms, and can
accommodate up to four people. The apartments' bedrooms provide views
of Table Mountain and Blouberg Beach, while the balcony makes the
perfect spot to enjoy those famous Cape Town sunsets.
Numerous restaurants and retail establishments are close by, and
on-site private and secure parking is free. Seacrest Luxury Beachfront
Apartment - Blouberg Beach is located 26 kilometers from Cape Town
International Airport and 19 kilometers from the V&A Waterfront.
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 70 Beach Blvd, Bloubergstrand, Cape Town, 7441
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
