Discover the enchanting beauty and excitement of Bloubergstrand with a
memorable stay in this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment by the sea,
boasting incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean and Table Mountain in
the distance. Able to accommodate up to 4 guests, this apartment is
ideal for business travellers or holidaymakers interested in an
oceanside retreat not too far from the exciting City Centre.
Boasting all amenities needed for a comfortable self-catered holiday,
this apartment has luxurious decor in neutral shades providing a space
to relax and reset. The open-plan living area has a fully-equipped
kitchen and furnished lounge with a flat-screen TV with DSTV and WiFi.
The balcony will treat you to a fantastic view with a picnic bench,
perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing with sundowners as you admire
the gorgeous twilight sky. The main bedroom has a queen bed, balcony
access and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. The second
bedroom has a double bed, accessing the shared bathroom fitted with a
shower.
The apartment complex is only a few minutes walk from the beach. The
building is accessed controlled, with secure parking available in an
undercover parking bay for guests' safety. The coastal suburb of
Bloubergstrand is a superb holiday destination with various
establishments within walking distance of the apartment complex, some
of them even facing the beachfront. Bloubergstrand ideally offers
guests a convenient drive south to the Cape Town City Centre, while the
luscious West Coast lies northward, featuring numerous charming towns
and beautiful nature reserves to explore.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
