Casa de lujo de Kelleys Island en un camino privado aislado

Esta nueva casa de 2 pisos completa en 2017 viene con 4 dormitorios grandes y 2 1/2 baños. Un amplio espacio abierto de primer piso incluye la cocina, comedor y gran sala. Disfrute de las comodidades de encimeras de granito, baños de azulejos de cerámica, aire acondicionado y modernos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, mientras que rodeado de copiosas cantidades de madera natural trim. El primer dormitorio principal viene con su propio baño, incluyendo una ducha extra grande. Los 3 dormitorios de arriba comparten un cuarto de baño extra grande con dos lavabos.

En el exterior se encuentra un patio cubierto y Amish independiente construido zona de cocina al aire libre dentro de la reclusión tranquila de esta propiedad arbolada. Disfrute de un corto paseo a la orilla del lago Erie o sentarse en el patio y escuchar las olas vuelta de la playa. Los pilotos o entusiastas de la aviación pueden ver la tierra ocasional del avión en el aeropuerto municipal perezoso contiguo. Family reunion

Unfortunately the floors we very dirty. Low on hand soap that was promised. Ceiling fans dirty. Shower curtains were moldy and one was torn. Toilet seat in half bath was broken.

Lovely island getaway

We had such a great weekend here. We brought our bikes and toured around the island and had plenty of space to come home and relax after our adventures. The kitchen had everything we needed for incredible ‘home cooked’ family meals. One night my husband thought that a helicopter was landing but my son told him no dad it was just a plane, that’s what they sound like😉 No big deal being right next to the airstrip. There were great trees to set up our hammocks and the outdoor space accommodated us very well. We would definitely go back to this home since it was so easy.

Family Wedding

We rented the house for extra family coming to a family wedding. The house was very clean, well furnished, and the owners were very helpful. We did not use all the amenities but I would rent this house again. The extra refrigerator helped out with storing extra food for the wedding and access to the large garage was nice to have too. It is off the main path on the island and not much in the way of scenery to look at but very functional.

Nice house!

We loved the house and it was well represented in the photos. The yard around the house was under repair (some sort of drainage ditch was close to the patio area). The house was well stocked although only one wine glass (others were plastic). Wood was even provided for the fire pit - very nice! Really the only concern we had was that there was no WiFi coverage for the entire stay. We reported that it was not working right after checking in and it was supposed to have been checked the next day. But we never heard back from the contact on the island. It seemed we just needed to put in the number associated with the account, but when asked about this, there was no return call. I realize connections could be difficult in this area, but communication from the host would have been apprectiated.

Family of 5 Getaway

We had a wonderful time! The property was cozy, and was truly a home away from home for our family of 5. Plenty of room for everyone, and everything we needed was there. The pictures don't do it justice, even nicer in person; quality amenities and comfortable beds. Good communication with owners. The wi-fi was hit or miss, but our hotspots worked fine for streaming. Lots to do on the island! Don't miss the beautiful sunsets :) Definitely spend the money and rent a golf cart, it's the best way to enjoy the island. Captain's Corner is great food and is pretty much always open (it seems). Don't miss the wine tasting at the Kelley's Island Wine Co. (about 5-6 minutes from the house by golf cart). They also have awesome pizza. Overall, one of our favorite family vacations!

Great experience

We found the accommodations more than adequate for our family of 10, ranging in age from 2 to 60. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and living area were all spacious and comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed for a weekend on the island. Thanks for making our stay here an enjoyable one!

Perfect size house

We come to Kelley's Island every year. Needed a last minute reservation and saw this home. Perfect layout for 2-3 couples or group of friends looking for a comfortable home with all you need for a long weekend on the island!

Perfect summer home!

The house is new with high end finishes. I loved the back patio with the ceiling fan and grilling gazebo! The owners were helpful and easily accessible.

My family had a great week at this property. Owner was easy to communicate with and responds quickly. House has a great layout inside and out. Outdoor living spaces were just as accommodating as the indoor spaces. Loved staying here! Thanks for a great week!

Great Kelleys Island Rental

House is conveniently located just a short drive from both the ferry dock and the town square. House was plenty spacious with three bedrooms on the second floor in the master bedroom on the first floor. Plenty of common space on the first floor and a fully equipped kitchen which we utilized often during our trip. Host was very responsive. Would stay here again.

I am a recently retired island business owner, but remain active in many social and charitable groups including the Audubon Society, St. Michael's Church, Chamber of Commerce and the local VFW. Being residents of the island, my husband and I are able to provide immediate attention to any issues or concerns that may arise during your visit as well as provide suggestions to help you make the most of your visit to Kelleys Island.
