Kyhlsro is the name of this architect-designed house, which was completed in 2023. A hideaway for physical and mental rest and recreation that invites leisure, play, enjoyment, and creativity. Beautiful, modern, and functional are the guiding themes of this oasis. Kyhlsstrand is just a 200-meter walk along scenic trails to the mile-long, wide beach with the finest white sand.<br>Accommodations<br>Open-concept dining area, living room, and kitchen. Right next to the kitchen is a dining table on the covered patio, where you’ll also find the propane grill. The indoor dining table is also close to the kitchen, and both dining areas can seat up to 12 people and offer a view of the forest. The living room features two large sofas that can be converted into two double beds, as well as a 50-inch TV. At the far end of the room, you can play vinyl records through a powerful amplifier connected to a pair of high-performance speakers, which can also be connected via Bluetooth. Centrally located in the room is a fireplace, which serves as an additional heat source or simply adds to the cozy atmosphere.<br><br>The bedrooms are fairly small to make room for the common areas. The master bedroom has a double bed and a TV screen recessed into the wall. The queen bedroom has a double bed that can be converted into two single beds. The guest bedroom has four single beds in the form of two bunk beds. All sleeping areas are equipped with bedside lamps and outlets for charging cell phones. Additionally, the sofas in the living room can be converted into two double beds. All beds are of high quality (pocket spring). All sleeping areas can be blacked out.<br><br>The relaxation area consists of an entryway with floor-to-ceiling glass panels offering a view of the forest. The shower is spacious with recessed LED lighting in the ceiling. The sauna accommodates 4–5 people and features a smoked-glass wall so you can admire the natural scenery outside even from here. Right outside the relaxation area, you’ll find the Viskan Signum spa pool. One of the distinguishing features of this large, deep pool is its U-shaped bench, which lacks individual seating niches, allowing up to eight people to sit comfortably in it. A water quality meter floats in the pool to ensure water quality.<br><br>The Outdoor Area<br>The wooden deck extends from the house in three directions and covers an area equal to that of the house itself. A few meters of meadow stretch around the deck, and beyond that lies the forest. The best spot for breakfast and lunch is the dining area to the east, sheltered from the wind and bathed in sunlight from morning until early afternoon. Next comes the hot tub, followed by the outdoor lounge. The center of the deck offers the best sun exposure, where a couple of lounge chairs are placed. In the western part is the outdoor dining area, perfect for catching the evening sun.<br><br>The bathroom features a toilet, shower, washer, and dryer, as well as a double sink.Near the entrance, you’ll find a small guest restroom with a sink.<br>Guest access<br>If we don’t have any guests staying during your reservation, you can generally check in and out at any time you like.
