The Pigsty @ Sunnyside. Dog friendly cosy cottage with secure garden

The Pigsty is an independent cottage with a bedroom which has a four poster bed, with an ensuite bathroom.
The open plan lounge/kitchen has a double sofa bed as well as two other sofas, table and chairs and a fireplace with an electric woodburner effect heater which makes it look cosy.
If the weather isn't as nice as you would like there is a television and DVD player with over 100 DVD's to watch as well as books to read and board games.
We also have a Z bed for guests.
The kitchen has a washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster and microwave as well as the usual cooker and hob.
The cottage is very spacious and has its own secure private garden which is ideal if you have a small child or a dog.
In the cottage you will find tea, coffee, sugar, a pint of milk on arrival so that you can make yourself a drink and feel right at home straight away.
We also provide linen, towels, washing up liquid, toiletries, toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, tea towels and cleaning cloths.
There is also a file containing local information.
It is down a quiet lane and overlooks fields and is conveniently placed only 10 minutes in your car from the lovely market town of Louth.
The seaside towns of Cleethorpes, Mablethorpe and Skegness are easily reached by car, with lots of deserted beaches in-between.
If peace and quiet are what you want then you will find it very peaceful in the cottage and garden, with starlit skies at night with no light pollution.
Our house is adjacent to the property and we are on hand if you forget anything, need anything or would like any information. However you are not overlooked and we will not disturb you at all.
