This cozy cottage was convenient to downtown St. Mary’s! The kitchen had all the basics for us to cook a fun dinner, and we appreciated the smart TV so we could watch Netflix. The bed was comfy, too.

Quaint marshland property

The overall property was pretty good. We enjoyed the comfy bed and it was super quiet. A few suggestions: Please spray the perimeter and inside of house for bugs. Upon arrival, there was two roaches and during our stay flying ants, tree beetles and a centipede inside. The open electrical in ceiling needs a cover. Also there is wood rot on the left and right side of the bottom on the front door allowing bugs to come in.Bathroom exhaust is not working. There also needs to be better lighting such as path lights outside and a sign at the entry of the driveway would be helpful for guests arriving at night. The ceiling fan blades need to be replaced which is an easy fix. The ac needs to be cleaned. It’s very dusty.I love the cottage feel with the wood floors and kitchen was nicely done.

Cleaning persons dog bit me Bed linens never washed for a 17 day stay. Dirt dust under bed etc

Furniture to put clothes had to cleared of misc items which I put under the bed to make room for clothes Cleaning lady as uncooperative about bed and linen changing and her dog bit me when I needed to talk to her about replacing the tvVery unclean heating unit behind the armoire Can opener doesn’t turn to work properly No laundry facilities to care for us

Great Getaway!

Loved my stay at the Lil Pink House! Communication was good and check-in was a breeze. Parking directly in front of the cottage. The location was super convenient to the St. Mary's waterfront and the Cumberland Island ferry, and the property has several beautiful old oaks with Spanish moss hanging from their branches. The cottage itself was much roomier than I expected, and I loved the eclectic mix of repurposed furniture/decor pieces with functional new items. The kitchen area had everything you need to cook meals there if that's your thing, but there were also some fun, good places to grab a meal not far away.I recommend the Lil Pink house, and look forward to staying again when I'm in the area.

Cute place, reasonable price, but could use a few things

The place was ok and comfortable. More care could be done in the front of the property, it had 2 chairs but a bit rough. The photo showing the river as a 'view from the property' is false and should be removed.

We were there for the weekend from Savannah. We loved the location and it was a super cute, clean little house that's perfect for a couple. We were both very happy with our stay. Would definitely book again. Thanks!

Nice getaway spot in a perfect little town.

We were there 2 nights to celebrate our anniversary. Clean, nice and very affordable. Very close to downtown shops, restaurants and ferry to Cumberland island.

Nice Stay

Unfortunately, it didn’t start well. The power went out about an hour after check in and didn’t come back on unti 1:30 a.m. Tree fell on power line, not the fault of the owner. We had to go and find a cooler and flashlights. It was very uncomfortable in the house. The neighbor did check on us around 8:00 pm. The little house is cute on the inside but the entry way is in need of a lot of TLC. It definitely took away from the charm of the house. A weed eater, blower, and some flowers would really turn this place around. All in all, we enjoyed our stay even with power interruption.

Summer getaway

This sweet cottage, nestled in a quiet neighborhood, was comfortable and homey. Only a short walk to downtown St Mary’s, and a quick drive to surrounding areas. This property was clean and easy to access, nice bedding and good quality towels. We will definitely stay again. We consider this a St Mary’s gem. We enjoyed the oaks umbrella over our sitting area. Ac worked great!!! Southern charm at its finest with the furnishings, I especially loved the bed headboard.

Anniversary

My husband and I absolutely loved this place! The location couldn't be any better with it being walking distance from everything. It smelled so clean and had everything that we needed right at our fingertips. We highly recommend this tiny place to anyone needing some time away to just slow down and enjoy everything for a little while.

Loved the Lil Pink House

House was exactly what we need as a place to stay for our trip to Cumberland Island. It was very clean, great décor. Nice quote neighbor hood. Loved the Oak Trees. Host was great!!

Overall a great place to stay. It is heated and cooled with a minisplit-hardly ever felt hot air coming out of minisplit. TV has green lines that appear randomly. Very quiet and very close to the downtown area of St Marys,

Perfect weekend getaway

Our experience in the Lil Pink House exceeded all my expectations! The house was adorable and equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable, and was within easy walking distance to the waterfront and downtown. We were warmly greeted upon arrival, and all communication was responsive, warm and helpful. They even offered to mail back to me an item I left behind after checking out. St. Marys itself was a delight - good restaurants, Saturday market, beautiful sunsets, friendly folks.
