Great place to celebrate Christmas for our large family. Enough space to spread out and large enough 2nd floor to come together. Beach access across the street was very convenient to come and go for all.

Wonderful vacation

Beautiful home for a family vacation, plenty of space and beautifully decorated and fully furnished for the needs of a large family. Great access to the beach and a beautiful pool to enjoy! We loved the location and plan to book this house again in the future !

Miramar Paradise

The house was beautiful and accommodated our family beach trip. We had four generations gathering and celebrated two birthdays and Father’s Day. The pool is great and beach access was very close.

Beautiful home and location

The house was just and listed online. My family of 25 loved the home, it was great for entertaining and enough room to spread out when alone time was needed. We had everything we needed, besides a few bath towels, but the house is centrally located near retail, convenice stores, and outlet malls so that was a easy fix. Our next visit we’ll definitely be booking again.

Nice Property

We had a wonderful time in Miramar July 9-16. The property met our needs. Our group was comprised of friends and family with all age groups. Family 1 (2 Adults, 2 kids age 6 & 4) Family 2 (2 Adults, 2 kids age 6 & 18months) Family 3 ( 2 Adults, 2 kids age 8 & 5) Family 4 ( 2 Adults, 4 kids age 8,6,4,18mnths), Grandma, Great Aunt, and Two 16 yr old cousins. The unit bedroom and bathroom arrangements are very nice. Pros: Private and public (under renovation during our stay) beach access right across the street. High end appliances*, 3 washer dryer setups, elevator, private bedrooms and suites with nice bathrooms. Plenty of room to spread out Manager was very quick to respond and make arrangements Cons: Lots of traffic along scenic gulf. Tradeoff is close to beach.... During our stay the large refrigerator in the kitchen was broken and awaiting parts. We asked the manager to deliver a back up refrigerator to the building and they obliged but they said it had to remain on the first floor. We had to carry our kitchen food upstairs from the game room to the kitchen during meal preparations. We made it work. This home is not very toddler or small child friendly. Lots of stairs and hard surfaces. All in all we had a great time. I would highly highly recommend this property for a large group of older individuals or families. I would absolutely consider other properties that are offered by 360 Blue. Great customer service.

Great family get together

We rented the Miramar Paradise home for a belated birthday get together and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house was phenomenal, just as described and better. The pool and hot tub were great, lots of king beds for couples, fun bunk areas for the kids, gorgeous high ceilings and the huge gourmet kitchen was spectacular. The bikes and golf cart were a hit as well. We had a couple of minor glitches when we arrived but the property management personnel were very friendly and efficient.

We had a group of 15 over Thanksgiving and this house was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out, gorgeous property and Katie Reyes was very responsive. Very well managed property.

I was able to host 27 of my leaders as we celebrated professional wins while completely finished professional Development. Throughout the days we enjoyed time at the pool and beach! Anniversary Vacay

Over the Labor Day break, the hubby and I along with 24 of our family members enjoyed our time in your beautiful home. Due to Covid we cooked most of our meals in and created our own in house activities. The kitchen was definitely equipped with all the utensils we needed. The description of the house was spot on and provided us with enough space to spread out. The house location across the street from the beach is perfect. We did have an issue with the elevator, user error but someone came and fixed it within an hour. We also used the concierge services for in house massages which were wonderful. We all definitely plan to come back. Thanks!

Wonderful location, great for big groups

This property is beautiful. We just stayed there this week. It was right across the street from a semi private beach! The property is huge. We had a group of 24 adults and 3 kids ages 2-6. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and the views were great. We enjoyed many nights on the porches on both sides relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. A few things that weren’t up to par for this magnitude of a property : 1. Floors were dirty and had sand on them when we got there, before any of us had even been to the beach. The first night we were there, all of our feet were so dirty. 2. Two of the toilets in the master bedrooms in the 3rs floor, did not flush prior to us ever using them. This was discovered right when we got there and it took until Tuesday for maintenance to come out and fix them. Our entire party had to exit the building “due to Covid” in order for us to get this fixed. We had a large group , and were on vacation so we were less than pleased with this considering the amount of money we paid to stay there for a week. “Due to covid” was not a good excuse in my opinion because we all he masks and the rest of the community was safely social distancing and wearing masks which is what we could have done . Luckily , it was a quick fix but it was so hard to reach 360 to get this arranged. So despite their “due to covid” response, my family and another family had to share bathrooms with other people for 4 days because we couldn’t use our toilet. We did not plan on having to do that. 3. The 5th night we were there, we discovered several cockroaches hanging out in the kitchen cupboards. We killed around 8, but there were more ! Ew! I called the property management team and they said we would have to exit the property AGAIN in order for them to clean it... “due to covid”. Ummm no. We opted not to have to leave the vacation home again so hopefully they will spray after we left. We did not get offered anything for this request, so I was Disappointed with that response ! For a property like this and the money you pay, I would hope there would be more availability to reach the property management and get help with issues like this or some sort of benefit to us being asked to leave for these things to be done. Overall, we would come back to this property because we realize everything cannot be perfect all the time and hopefully these issues we wouldn’t encounter again! It was beautiful and was the perfect size for our large group!!!

Wow!!!

After visiting the Destin area for decades and renting many, many homes for our annual summer family vacation, this beautiful home is far and away the best rental ever. This home is outstanding! It’s location is just across the street from the beach and and within a few miles or less of many, many restaurants and shopping locations. The mattresses, linens, towels, kitchen amenities and furniture were far better than previous rentals. There were twenty of us and there was plenty of room. The game room on the lower level worked great for the youngsters and young adults and the salt water pool was awesome. Our visit was at the end of June and our section of the beach was not crowded at all. This is a very beautiful home and we would not hesitate to rent it again. It was a wonderful vacation!

Hands down one of the best family vacation we have ever experienced. The house is in excellent condition and super spacious! Great for a family reunion. The kitchen is extremely high end but super user friendly! The pool heat is worth getting during the fall! We had one issue with a bad cable box, but their technician Danny was there within 30 mins of us calling. He swapped out the cable box and had the cable back up in no time! Everyone is super professional and had great customer service! We will be back to this exact house and most definitely continue to use 360 Blue for all of our vacations! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! See you next year!

We loved our stay at Miramar Paradise! Everything was excellent for our group of 17! From the beds, to the kitchen, the pool and hot tub and the easy beach access- we couldn’t have asked for a better location and accommodations!! Highly recommend this for families or adult trip.

We had an awesome time visiting Miramar Beach. The home is by far the best we’ve stayed at and we travel a lot. It was very clean and full of amenities, especially the elevator. We had some adults who really needed to use it; however it stopped working multiple times throughout our stay! I would also recommend purchasing the pool/jacuzzi heat because the water was really cold! Everyone in our party(32 people) enjoyed the home. We will definitely come back again.

Absolutely stunning property! We had a group of 15 from all over the US. Everyone had plenty of room. We loved the kitchen and outdoor area. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms well equipped. Only slightly negative comment...which is a stretch because place is nearly perfect...the kitchen needed more wine glasses and I wish we would have asked for spa to be heated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had 20 people in our group. It was a girl’s trip getaway. This house was Amazing. It was so spacious and great for the large gatherings. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and grilling. The beach access was a quick walk across the street but my favorite spot was sitting on the third floor balcony. This will be my go to spot in Destin. The whole 360 Blue Experience was amazing. They were all kind, nice and polite.

This house is beautiful. We had 8 families total and 32 people total and there was more than enough room for all of us. Beach access was great. Pool area was amazing. Kitchen was fantastic. Only issue we had was lightning the grill and they fixed it right away. 360 Blue was amazing to work with. I highly recommend this house as well as 360. Thank you so much for all the memories.

This house was perfect for our family! 23 of us all together! The kitchen was wonderful and having 2 large dining tables meant we could all sit down to dinner together. The pool was wonderful as well. The only draw back was the access to the beach. We had several small children and getting them up and down the steep steps was a nightmare. we had beach wagons and it was just too hard to get those up and down the steps. A ramp would be wonderful! We had a wonderful time and the house was perfect!

Wonderful house! Everything was beautiful! Only downfall is there are no ramps to the beach. It’s very hard with a beach wagon and babies to go down all the steep steps. Other than that it was perfection! The kitchen is great for a big family like ours and there is plenty of space for anything and everything!

We had a great time. The property was beautiful and awesome. Immaculate and very restful. Kitchen was the centerpiece of the house and we loved gathering there. Highly recommended! Will be back
