Este encantador ático loft se abre a un patio de cuerpo entero a través de amplios controles deslizantes de vidrio que lo invitan a disfrutar de las magníficas vistas de la Bahía de Banderas y la Zona Romántica. Los altos techos abovedados hacen que este 750 Sq. ft. condominio se siente grande y abierto. Actualizado con acabados modernos mientras conserva el sabor del estilo mexicano.
Este condominio, que está a solo 9 escaleras del nivel de la carretera, tiene todo lo que necesita para disfrutar de unas excelentes vacaciones. El primer piso cuenta con un plano de planta abierto con una cocina totalmente equipada, baño completo, sala de estar, comedor, TV de pantalla plana y sistema de sonido. Conecte sus dispositivos a través de nuestra fuerte conexión WiFi (8mbps) para transmitir su música o video favorito. Disfruta de Netflix, USTV Now y algunas otras opciones a través de nuestro ROKU.
Una cama king size te espera en el segundo piso con amplios armarios y cajones. Los ventiladores de techo y el aire acondicionado se encuentran en cada piso. Esta unidad de esquina ofrece la posibilidad de abrir ventanas para refrescarse con la brisa cruzada.
El patio de cuerpo entero tiene una barbacoa de propano, asientos al aire libre y es un gran lugar para ver los famosos atardeceres y fuegos artificiales nocturnos de Vallarta.
Los huéspedes tendrán acceso al área de la piscina común y a varios patios íntimos rodeados de follaje tropical en toda la propiedad. También hay estacionamiento sin reservas para 1 auto.

Se proporcionan todas las sábanas y toallas de piscina, junto con el servicio de limpieza semanal los viernes. Se puede solicitar un servicio de limpieza adicional por un cargo adicional.

Tenga en cuenta que Vallarta está experimentando un auge de la construcción. Actualmente no tenemos ninguna construcción nueva a nuestro lado, pero con tantos condominios nuevos puede haber ruido durante el día en toda la Zona Romántica. Vale la pena mencionar: también puede haber algo de ruido de la carretera proveniente de la carretera mientras se encuentra en la habitación del desván, si necesita dormir o no puede usar tapones para los oídos, este puede no ser el lugar para usted.

Best location in PV with amazing view!

My wife and I went for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed. The room was perfect size for us and the view was gorgeous. Daniel had placed a binder with all sorts of useful info on the table that helped us a lot on our trip. The room came fit with everything we needed from lighters to ice packs to extra batteries for the remotes. Daniel is a very thoughtful host and very organized. I would happily come back to this Vrbo especially since it’s walking distance from all of my favorite places!

Great location

The condo was close to town for walking, great views, loved hearing the roosters and the waves in the morning. Daniel was fast getting back with us with any concerns we had.

Perfect for us.

Perfect for us. The two of us stayed at his property for a month and it was a perfect match. The VRBO listing is very accurate. The weather was excellent during our stay and we left the sliding doors to the balcony open the entire time. The breeze was fantastic. Additionally, the view of the city and ocean from the balcony it as good as you’ll find anywhere in the Romantic Zone. The sunsets are incredible (with your favorite cocktail). Yes, you will climb many stairs to get this view, or you can take a 2 usd Uber ride up the hill, or a 50 cent bus ride. The condo was stocked with an abundance of everything you might need to cook or clean. There’s even laundry detergent provided to wash your clothes for free in the laundry room. Any minor issues we had were quickly addressed by Carlos the property manager, or Daniel the owner. When I say quickly, I mean typically within 10 minutes to respond to an email. Carlos lives on-site and is very accessible. You will likely see him every day in passing. We slept very well and the comfortable king sized bed, however please keep in mind, PV and really any urban area of Mexico is noisy. The condo is next to a busy road and you can hear the traffic noise, especially with the windows open. We had a wonderful time in PV and in Daniel’s condo. It is now a week later, and we are missing our temporary home! I would highly recommend this property, and for the money I would give it a 10 out of 10.

The condo was exactly as shown. Beautiful view above old town. Softest towels I've ever used. Lovely condo and Carlos, the property manager, was very helpful.

Comfortable condo with million $ view

Property was easy to rent and find. This property is not for people with mobility issues, but it was very good for us. Kitchen was well equipped and barbecue on the balcony. We ate in a lot. Watched NYE fireworks from the balcony - and could see all the way around. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach down the stairs. Pool was hardly used by othe residents, so no problem getting a lounge. But not heated. Would stay here again.

Great Condo

This condo was exactly as advertised, O trick photos here. Very clean, nothing that you could need was missing. Amazing views, quiet complex, short walk to the Oxxo (convenience store) for most things you may need. Very secure building. I would definitely stay here again.

Great view, Great people, Great place!

Superb rental, very affordable and generously equipped with everything that most anyone would want or need. Massive opening to the balcony (with grill) provides a commanding view of Bahia de Banderas and the downtown area. Easy to book, access and communication with the owner and on-site reps was excellent. Jose Luis is a great resource and eager to assist. We spent most of our 10 days on the go but the early mornings and late evenings at the rental were peaceful and relaxing. In short, we loved it!

Very enjoyable.

This was our first time to the west side of Mexico and we were impressed. Location in the ZR was perfect as it was only a short walk away to an abundance of shops and restaurants. My personal favorite discovery was a churro shop which we went to almost every day. Old school vibe in ZR was amazing. With regard to the unit itself we found the studio loft well set out and comfortable. The view from the unit was definitely 5 star and we enjoyed a # of beautiful sunsets from there. There are, however, a couple of potentially less than positive things that should be mentioned. First was the observation that while the walk to/from shops, etc. is not taxing for anyone in reasonable shape, it is definitely not something you would want to tackle if you have mobility issues. Second, was the level of street noise from the adjacent Hwy 200. While this was pointed out in the unit description provided to Homeaway we were rather surprised by the actual level of noise even in later evening and early morning hours. Overall we were very happy with our stay in Daniel’s vacation rental and would recommend it 2 others. If the issues noted above aren’t something that would be of concern 2 a potential renter then that individual will b very happy staying here.

Charming Mexican style penthouse bungalow

Condo was nicely decorated in traditional Mexican charm. Recently renovated with nice amenities and well stocked for travelers comfort (hair dryer, beach chairs, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towels and linen). Within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, the beach and the Malcon. It is up on a hill so be prepared. Taxis and Uber are plentiful. Building has a very nice pool (unheated) area with mid-day sun. Building is on the main road to so be prepared for street noise. Only concern was the rental manager did not unlock the condo safe as requested and was unable to meet us upon departure. Owners provided excellent communication.

We were very impressed by Daniel's pad being Pv regulars! You will love the view from the apartment as well as its quaint decor. It's only a short stroll away from all the restaurants, bars, beach and you will get the best sleep in one of the most comfortable beds I ever slept in! The building manager Jose is there on site to help you with any questions you can possibly have. Highly recommended!

Breathtaking View!

This was definitely a five star experience for us. The view is absolutely unbelievable and you can enjoy it both from the patio and from inside the apartment. The apartment itself is lovely, it's tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. There are plenty of towels, dishes etc.and we found everything to be in perfect working order. Both the Owner (via email) and the Caretaker (in person) were pleasant and helpful. The Big Book in the condo has lots of amazing information that will help you get the lay of the land quickly and easily. Don't be afraid to take the shortcut down to the beach that goes up the hill - we actually found it faster! We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.
