Harbour View is a bright and spacious first-floor apartment with its own dedicated parking space and spectacular sea views overlooking Towan Beach and Newquay’s historic harbour. Centrally located, everything you need is just a short walk away. From sandy beaches and great surf to local shops, the harbour and fantastic restaurants, Newquay has something for everyone. Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway or a fun family beach holiday, Harbour View is a great base for your stay.

THE SPACE
Harbour View comfortably sleeps up to four guests and a baby. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be made up as a king-size bed if requested in advance. A travel cot and high chair are also provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. There is a Smart TV and superfast fibre broadband, ideal for browsing, streaming or working remotely.

To help you settle in, we provide a small starter supply of essentials including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid and hand soap. These may not last for the full length of your stay, so we recommend bringing a few extras if you’re staying more than a couple of nights.

THINGS TO NOTE

• The apartment is on the first floor and guests need to be comfortable using one flight of stairs to access it.

• While there is a lift in the building, we do not list it as a feature as we cannot guarantee that it will be in service throughout your stay.

• Do be aware that during peak times, especially in summer, Newquay can be noisy late into the evening due to the nightclubs.

• The default bed setup is one king and two singles. If you would like the singles made up as a king, please let us know at the time of booking or at least one week before your arrival.

• Cot bedding is not provided, so please bring your own.

• Bedding and towels are included, but beach towels are not.

• The apartment is fully PAT tested and fire risk assessed, with current certification in place for your peace of mind.
