Imagínate sentado en la terraza trasera, con vistas al río, viendo el sol en la distancia. Si tienes suerte, puedes encontrar un delfín !!! Tal vez tomar un baño en la piscina, con vistas al río, o tomar un paseo en bicicleta a lo largo de los muchos senderos y golpear la playa! No se perderán las cosas que hacer en la zona de Palm Coast y sus alrededores. A continuación se enumeran algunos ejemplos:

1. Tome un corto paseo en coche o en bicicleta a la playa, a lo largo de los senderos de bicicletas!

2. Disfrute de comer en algunos de los restaurantes locales, como, JT Seafood Shack, a pocos pasos. Visite el pueblo europeo, a unos 3 kilómetros de distancia. El European Village es un destino único para comer, descansar, ir de compras y entretenimiento en el corazón de Palm Coast.

3. Visita Bing's Landing - Un gran lugar para pescar, barco, y disfrutar de la vista al mar de la naturaleza. (A unos 2 kilómetros de distancia)

4. Washington Oaks Gardens State Park preserva - 425 hectáreas de paisaje costero a lo largo de State Road A1A en Palm Coast, Florida. El límite oriental del Parque es uno de los afloramientos más grandes de la roca coquina en el Océano Atlántico, creando una pintoresca playa de roca.

5. Visita Marineland Dolphin Adventure (A unos 6 kilómetros de distancia)

Esta casa consta de (2) dormitorios. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, con el lado derecho de la cama que consiste en un colchón ajustable. También hay un sofá cama en el dormitorio principal. El segundo dormitorio está amueblado con una cama matrimonial y televisión. La cocina está completamente amueblada con electrodomésticos, incluyendo, un refrigerador de vino compacto. No se olvide de la parte exterior que tiene una terraza para el salón, piscina y sala de juegos (mesa de billar y mesa de cartas).

Restful and relaxing

Stayed a few nights for some quiet and relaxation. Did not disappoint. Did hear a bit of chatter from the downstairs folks but nothing too disturbing. House is quaint and clean, enjoyed the view of the river and dolphins swimming very much.

Waterfront gem

Our stay was fantastic. A calm cabin vibe with a ton of outdoor space, right on the water. It was super clean and had everything we needed. We were able to walk or bike to multiple restaurants and Publix, and the beach was a short drive. I would highly recommend and we will likely be back.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay! We enjoyed being right on the water! Kids had a lot of fun swimming and playing in the play room! In the evenings we enjoyed the sunset over the river and the kids fishing! The beach was a close drive! Looking forward to next time!

Great stay

Loved the large deck which we basically lived on every day, watched dolphins go by every morning. We had a blast here. Excellent host, very communicative.

Nice location

Perfect spot for a stay in Palm Coast. House is hidden in the woods right on the river off the main road. Walking distance to JTs Seafood Shack...good food, drinks n fun. House has all you need. Pool was a nice addition even though we didn't use much. Hammock Beach is great!! We hadn't been in a few years so gave Flagler a try, never again Hammock is much nicer all around. Only note worthy on the property was a lack of space to unpack clothes & food. The place is full and not the typical vrbo feel. That said we settled in and enjoyed. The owner was nice and responsive.

Location, Location, Location

This property has amazing views and is very quaint. We enjoyed ourselves and seeing our ‘local’ friends. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the furniture super comfy. The view from the master was also amazing and the bed comfy but there are no dressers in the room and the closet is full of extra linens. The game room and laundry is shared with 2 other tenants on the property and the washer is coin operated.

Awesome deck

On the plus side the property was clean, well equipped, comfortable, had an awesome deck to sit out on and enjoy the waterway. Location was good. On the downside most of the cups were cracked or crackled glazed, we could only find two giant sized cups to use. Some what bizarrely the washing machine was chargeable but to be fair to our host when challenged about this did offer to come over and compensate us. As to the acid test, would we stay there again then sad to say no, despite all the 5 stars above the decor and ambience was not to our personal style.

Nice place in a great location

We had a great time in Palm Coast. The house is in a secluded area away from the hustle. Plenty of room to hang out and watch the boats go by. Great food and entertainment is close by in town or Flagler or St Augustine. Crescent beach was our favorite beach to sit and read a book.

Wonderful River Home

LOVED the open floor set up with views to river from kitchen, as well as the bedroom. Loved the sliding glass doors for that view. Relaxing back porch with river traffic, which we enjoyed beginning and ending our days with. Calm and soothing location! Kitchen is perfectly stocked with everything you might need to cook with. Owner was wonderful! Available if needed. Never even saw the tenant that lives on bottom floor:) So it totally felt very private and like we were the only ones on the property. Would absolutely choose this location in the future!

Beautiful setting

We enjoyed the canal and the privacy of neighbors. We saw many boats and jetskies. We enjoyed sitting outside in the afternoon on the wrap around deck and pool side.. Poor lighting or lack of on the deck and pool, was too dark to enjoy the evenings. it was almost all positive, but unfortunately, the owner told us about the tenants on the property, and we were fine with that, but I wasn't expecting to find them using the pool, coming back from a day at the beach. I texted the owner about the incident, and he apologized. But it happened again. We were told at booking the place have no access to the pool or game room. But apparently the tenants missed the memo. Overall the location was great and an easy drive to the beaches and 30 minutes to St Augustine. I would say, the owner was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend and reconsider going back. Only if the tenants would have respected our privacy.

We loved the house and it’s accommodations! Was exactly as the listing stated! Kids enjoyed the pool and we all loved the action on the river! Saw dolphins and sea turtles! The yard itself is heaven! Truly an amazing stay, thank you!!

The perfect place for an overdue celebration

After COVID caused us to cancel my wife’s birthday celebration last year, she found this as where she wanted to spend her birthday this year. Although it was just us two that stayed here, we had family over each of the days we were here. We rally do love everything about this property. Where it is, how the home is laid out, the close proximity to everything else. We’ll be sure to share our great experience with everyone!

Long weekend getaway

My best friend and her kids met me and my kids for a long weekend trip. We could not have asked for a more perfect location. The river gave us canoeing, paddle boarding, and fishing. A quick drive to the beach gave us hours a fun paddle boarding in the waves and playing in the sand. It was a holiday weekend the beach was busy but not over crowded. We drove to Flagler Beach for dinner and ice cream, had a great meal with no wait on a Friedan night! Sally’s Ice cream shop was amazing 😊

It was a great week!

The location was fantastic! We loved watching the boats drive by on the River. Master bed is a little soft for our liking. And we would have like to have an actual door instead of a curtain for the second bedroom. But I would rent again!

Wonderful setting on the Matanzas

This home is spacious and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, great TV and strong Wi-Fi. But the best part for us was the setting. There are so many places to sit and watch the river--on the deck, in the sun, in the shade, next to the pool, etc. And there are chairs in all these places so all you have to do is move yourself to the next comfortable spot! We saw dolphins nearly every day in the river and the songbirds were chirping away in the large trees in the yard. The quiet neighborhood is ideal for biking or walking. .

We enjoyed sitting by the river

The place was clean and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. We had everything we needed. Our biggest complaint was that it was very dark. Even with every light on at night, the house was uncomfortably dim while cooking and dining and way too dark to comfortably read a book. This could probably be fixed with brighter light bulbs. Our second complaint was the grandfather clock which was loud and woke us up multiple times at night. Also an easy fix. Some other items needed attention - like the screen door which kept popping off track, no propane in the gas fire pit, and a refrigerator that made strange noises. The property was also advertised as having a pool table, which is did not. From inside the home, the view of the river is blocked due to the large bird of paradise plants. Beautiful plants, but blocked the beautiful view. The very best part of the property was sitting down on the edge of the water and watching the boats go by and the dolphins playing. With a little bit of love, this place could be a true gem.
