Notting Hill - The One One One! (6)
Welcome to this spacious and stylish apartment in a beautiful renovated Victorian conversion. You'll be in a superb location for the very best of Notting Hill, just one minute walk from Ladbroke Grove Tube (Circle, District and Hammersmith lines) and a two minute stroll to the renowned Portobello Road with all its shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The apartment is quiet and equipped with everything you'll need for a fabulous stay.

Due to the raised mezzanine bedroom area this studio feels super spacious. Entering through your private hallway you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washer/dryer and a comfy sofa in the living area with a 42" Android smart TV for those evenings in. There is a large bathroom below the bedroom area with a full size bath with shower, complimentary eco shower gel and shampoo and fluffy towels for you too.
Up the stairs a super comfy king size bed awaits you with puffy pillows, crisp white sheets and useful bedside wireless phone chargers so your phone is fully charged in the morning ready to photograph the multi coloured houses of Notting Hill!
To make sure you stay connected is super fast wireless WIFI throughout this apartment with a quick connect QR code for your convenience.
We are located right next door to the famous Sarm recording studios (now Threesixzero) where stars such as Rihanna, One Direction, Kanye West, Dua Lipa and Kylie Minogue to name but a few have all recorded, so don’t be surprised if you bump into someone famous on your way to the multitude of bars and restaurants Notting Hill has to offer. For shopping, if Portobello market doesn't have what you need then the huge Westfield shopping centre is just two tube stops (4 mins) away.
Although higher than most similar mezzanines, there is a restricted 1.5m height (5ft) in the upstairs bedroom area. This may not suit anyone with back or mobilty issues. The apartment is at the back of the building so is quiet.
Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
***Hot water is from an electric immersion tank and although usually sufficient for 2 guests to shower, if long showers or baths are taken it may take an hour for the tank to heat the water up again***
*** The One One One is a strictly no smoking building. As well as tobacco this includes vapes, incense sticks etc. There is a £100 cleaning surcharge for failure to adhere to this policy.
**If your reservation is for two people but you require the single bed made up there is a £30 supplemental fee and it must be requested minimum 24 hours in advance. For bookings of three people this is included in the price and is automatically provided.
***CARNIVAL AUG 23-25*** These dates are exclusively open on Airbnb only. The One One One is right in the thick of the Carnival and the colourful processions of floats and costumed dancers go right past the front of the building. . The front steps will be secured for guests only and they will be a great vantage point to escape the throngs and enjoy the sounds and view . Furthermore, as part of the festivities we plan to have a carribean outdoor bbq kitchen in the front enclosed area - our guests can enjoy an authentic jerk chicken meal free of charge! Please note the number of guests cannot exceed the booking and access will be denied to all if this is attempted.

The host was amazing and communication couldn’t have been better. Clean property. Comfortable bed. Close to Tube spots. Uber never far away, either. Two pubs within a stone’s throw and others a walkable distance.

Excellent style and location
Our weekend stay in Notting Hill was fantastic! The location was perfect—just a short walk to charming cafés, boutiques, and the Portobello Road Market. The check-in process was seamless, and the QR code made connecting to WiFi effortless. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a convenient tote bag, which made shopping trips even more enjoyable. The space itself was stylish, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect home base for exploring the area. Highly recommend for a stress-free and enjoyable stay!

Won over by the One One One
My niece and I loved our stay at the Notting Hill One One One and would stay again.
An easy trip to/from Heathrow by tube with light luggage, we were able to walk, tube or bus to all the sights by day and to recharge in a quiet comfortable flat (#6) by night. She took the loft and I slept comfortably on a cot on lower level.
Paul was welcoming, responsive and accommodating.

As someone who has always wanted to visit and stay in Notting Hill, I found this to be a great place to stay. It was conveniently located right off one tube station, yet close enough to other lines to walk and get around the town easily. The walk to Portobello Market was two blocks away. The walk to Hyde Park and Kensington Palace took about 20-25 minutes. Check-in and Check-out were simple, and the communication with the owner was consistent and excellent. The place was great for a couple, but I did remember the low ceiling in the bedroom, on which I knocked my head twice. I highly recommend staying at this place if you are looking to spend some time outside of London's downtown area and want a cool neighborhood vibe.

Having lived in Spain and Portugal for fifteen years, we have finally returned to our home city London. Wow! I had forgotten what an amazing city London is and it's really incredible how it has changed over the last fifteen years. Loving every day here and the vibe in Notting Hill is just the best!

The people are great and there is such variety in the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Also on a sunny day nothing beats walking past the beautiful stucco fronted painted houses on Elgin Crescent and then strolling through Holland Park.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
The One One One was built towards the end of the 1800's - reformed in 2014 it still retains its Victorian heritage and the apartments are all really well equipped ready for our guests to enjoy. Location wise you can walk to so many cool places from The One One One but for travelling further afield the proximity to the tube and bus stops is unrivalled.
