The home is located in a lovely quiet residential area of west London.
It is perfectly located for easy access to all of London's attractions as the tube underground station is on the doorstep, making it just six stops to Heathrow Airport in one direction and eight stops to the City Centre ( 20 minutes) in the other direction.
This split level 3 bedroom \2 bathroom apartment is ideal for contract workers, families & large groups. On the first floor, you have a large living room with sofas, TV & dining table. Also on the 1st floor, there is a kitchen , bedroom & large bathroom. Going up the stairs to the 2nd floor, you will find 2 further bedrooms & another large bathroom.
Each bedroom has a double bed & single bed.
Local area There is an excellent range of shops in the local area for fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, seafood, bakery and organic produce together with a large variety of restaurants, wine bars and pubs, Tesco super market, all within easy walking distance of 5 minutes. It links to central London by tube in 25 minutes and to Heathrow Airport in 20 minutes. Local Parks are Lammas and Walpole (5 minutes walk). Transport: Transport: The apartment is just 7 minutes walk from the tube underground station, in West London which is on the Piccadilly Line and 20 minutes to the City Centre.
Car travel: The apartment is 2km from Junction 2 of the M4 and 4km from the A40. The M40, M25, M1 and M3 motorways are easily accessible from Ealing.

Enjoyable & comfortable stay
It was an enjoyable short stay.
It was surprisingly spacious. All the rooms were large and clean.
The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped.
It is on a nice quiet residential road with shops/ cafes and restaurants less than 5 minutes walk away. Tube station was only 7 minutes walk away as well.
Communication was good and prompt.
Really good value for London. Would definitely come back again.

Good and not so good
The bedrooms and baths are great. The TV room/dining area is extremely small. WiFi was very slow. It’s great for up to 3 people due to the size of the main room. If you’re not going to eat there or lounge, the place is more than excellent.

The Wifi is Virginmedia Fibre Broadband 100Mbps. That is some of the fastest broadband packages in the UK.
So, we are a little confused that you thought the Broadband was slow. Shame you did not reach out to us during your stay. We could have had a look at the issue that you may have been experiencing at the time.
We have had families and groups of 8 or 9 people who have enjoyed their stay in the apartment.
However, we appreciate that room sizes and apartments in London will be smaller in comparison to the US & Canada.

First, I would like to say the host accommodated an early luggage drop off before our 4pm check in and it was greatly appreciated. We loved the convince of a grocery store less than a 5 minute walk from the VRBO and the ease of various bus and tube stops to the property. Also, we were thankful for the multiple fans on site during the record breaking May 2026 heat. However, there were a few items about the property that were disappointing. There was no access to a BBQ grill as advertised, we could not locate one on property. The main level bedroom bed mattresses were very uncomfortable. The furniture in the main living area was out dated and the larger of the 2 couches was not comfortable to site on, seat cushion were sagging from extensive use. Unfortunately for the 6 people staying in our party the space was not as comfortable and relaxing as we had hoped. Printed directions did not match emailed directions, especially in regards to accessing the internet. Had to follow directions printed on the router. Extensive excavation work was being done in the back garden of the other unit in the building, with all dirt and debris being carried through the shared entrance area for both units, guests should have been made aware of this activity as it did effect some of our coming and going into and out of the unit. Also, regarding provided towels, only bath towels provided, no had towels. Thankfully my husband was able to get some extra clean bath towels from the cleaner when he left

Needs a clean
Location was great close to underground and airport. Flat was spacious but it was dirty! Carpets had not been vacuumed in months. Inserts for duvet were grimy and stained. Under the toilet seat and rim were gross. Stairs were very narrow and steep with no handrail.

Thank you for your feedback. The property is a standard London Victorian conversion flat. The stairs are of a typical of all London Victorian properties. We appreciate that some of our guests from outside Europe might find properties in London different from their homeland.
The property was professionally cleaned for your arrival including the carpet on the stairs being vacuumed and all the flooring in the rooms being mopped.
As you stayed for over 2 weeks, it is a shame that you did not reach out during your stay. If a guest has an issue, we are eager to know and resolve. We would have happily got the cleaners to work on areas that you feel had been missed or were not correct.
