The outdoor space is definitely the star of the show, with cozy spots and sitting areas everywhere you look, each with a different, incredible view. All around the villa, you'll find shaded, wind-protected spots for outdoor dining and relaxing.

Between the cozy corners, amazing views, and those sunsets over the sea and Delos, it’s the perfect spot to unwind with a drink by the pool and capture some epic photos. No wonder why we selected Agios Ioannis Diakoftis, the most desired area in Mykonos to build our Villas.
The unique, panoramic view of the picturesque Agios Ioannis bay, the famous sunsets above Delos island and the sea view from all areas of the villas, are the main reasons for the “wow effect” to our guests upon their arrival. No photographer has managed to capture this feeling so far.
Another key reason that makes this area so desired is its easy access to the airport, the port and the town of Mykonos, its proximity to two beautiful beaches and the famous Scorpios and Nammos beach clubs.
Pharmacy and grocery shopping is only 600-800 m away while a plethora of restaurants are in the area. Beef Bar, Hippie Fish and Kuzina are only some of them.
