The spacious en-suite bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed made up with fresh high-thread-count linens, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. There’s also a desk, ideal for remote working or study, and ample wardrobe space so you can unpack and feel at home.
Need a little extra? We can provide a comfortable Z-mattress for a third guest.

Our cleaners operate on a tight schedule. Unauthorized late check-outs delay the cleaning process for the next guest.
🔑 Lost Keys / Lockouts: £50 + cost of replacement.
If you lock yourself out and require a host or concierge to attend the property outside of check-in hours, a call-out fee applies. If keys are lost, the guest is liable for the full cost of replacing the lock/fobs.
🎉 Parties / Noise Complaints: £500 + immediate eviction.
Strictly no parties or gatherings. If building security or neighbors report excessive noise or a party, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund, and a penalty fee will be charged for the disruption.
