Experience luxury and tranquility in our charming 3-bedroom retreat.As you step into our villa, you'll be greeted by a lush garden oasis. The centerpiece of our outdoor space is the infinity pool, outdoor shower and a beautiful terrace all with a beautiful sea view surrounded by nature.
Inside are two fully-equipped kitchens and living areas, providing space for relaxation and entertainment. Our sleeping quarters are equipped with two queen-size bedrooms and one twin room and the house accommodates 8 people in total. It is perfect for friends and family to gather and create lasting memories together.
Our villa boasts the luxury of two private bathrooms, ensuring added convenience and comfort during your stay.
Take advantage of our prime location where you have peace and Dubrovnik is just a few minutes' ride away. In the neighborhood you can find store, bar and restaurant so you have easy access to everything you might need.

Orašac is a larger settlement located above the Adriatic motorway.
There is a beautiful beach and a dock for smaller boats on the shores of the Kolocep Canal found below the settlement. Orasac is famous for its votive church to the miraculous Virgin Mary of Orasac, built in the 15th century, and for the Arapovo Palace, called Soderini, built at the beginning of the 16th century. Nearby, there is a large auto-camp nestled among old olive trees. Orasac is located 14 km away from the City of Dubrovnik.
Supermarket and bar are only 300m away from the villa and bus station is walking distance as well.

Antonella is a phenomenal host and we are so thankful she shared her beautiful home with us!

The property was laid out beautifully with the outdoor kitchen area, the sitting area, and the beautiful gardens. The quiet mornings sitting outside, sipping coffee, were some of my favorite moments of the trip.

One of the loveliest places I have ever stayed!

This is an exceptionally beautiful villa,even more beautiful than the photos. Loved the outdoor living, we cooked, dined and relaxed outside only going inside to sleep! The infinity pool and backdrop were so fabulous,we loved every minute of being there

Great stay!

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The house was very comfortable with all of the amenities. The view was stunning and the house was gorgeous. Super easy to get to Dubrovnik and yet also felt like we had our own little retreat in the morning and evening. The host went above and beyond in helping us with local tours and attractions and recommending places to eat. Would come back in a heartbeat!!!

Brilliant service!

We loved this villa! The view was spectacular! The villa and infinity pool and gardens were first class. This villa held 6 of us perfectly. Our host even bought groceries for us due to the stores being closed the day we arrived. Antonella also had great suggestions for dinner (even made reservations). Our family agreed that this will always be a special place and hopefully we can come back.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Antonela was a fantastic host, always checking in on us through messages and recommending things to do in the area. Even offering to make us reservations at restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better to make our stay so relaxing and comfortable. The villa itself is straight out of a movie with beautiful scenery of the Elaphite islands and Dubrovnik, all seen from the relaxing infinity pool - this was a highlight of the stay. Everything was extremely clean and tidy, with three rooms that can accommodate 8 people in total - comfy beds for a lovely nights sleep. All in all, couldn’t ask for anything better and already considering booking again in a few years time.

Glorious residence!

Just finished our stay at Judita and wow what a beautiful place immaculate and the pool is just stunning. This villa has everything you need. A small grocery shop 5 min walk away and a lovely cafe/cocktail bar opposite the shop. Very easy to get into the old town only a 20 min taxi/uber ride. The setting is breathtaking and really peaceful. What makes this place extra special is the owners. They truly go above and beyond meeting us at the villa and making it feel like a home from home. They had lots of good recommendations, were brilliant with arranging transport and kept in contact with us every day. We left feeling we were part of the family. I would 100% recommend this villa.

Special place!

We had the most amazing stay at villa Judita. The views out to sea and of Dubrovnik are incredible and the multiple seating areas and outdoor kitchen mean you can enjoy them at all times. Everything was impeccably clean and well organised. The best part about our stay was our host Antonela, who went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time. From meeting us on arrival with food she had prepared and making sure we settled in okay, to suggesting and booking excursions and experiences for us (including a private chef who was incredible). We can not recommend staying here enough and will definitely be back in the future!

High-end vacation!

The easiest 5-star review that I have ever given. The place was exactly as described and even more beautiful in person. It was hard enough finding a place that would accommodate 7 people, but this was a perfect pick after all. Great design, wonderful touches and our lovely host, Antonela, made sure that we were comfortable and helped us with getting around, going on a day cruise around the islands, and so much more. It was a tough choice to leave the place every day to go sight-seeing, because the house in itself is an experience - one that we all loved. We will definitely come back again!

Special place!

Antonella and Dario are fantastic and friendly hosts. They communicated very clearly, made great recommendations and really took care of us during our stay - including some much appreciated gifts of local delicacies. They will also take you out on tours if you want, to Mostar or Montenegro perhaps. The villa is better than the photographs because the photographs cannot do justice to the view over the Adriatic, which is stunning. The space itself is great for a family as it consists of two separate living spaces within one villa. Our teenaged girls had their own space and we had ours, and we could convene in the mutual areas. The outside space is great and has recently been refurbished so the pool, barbecue and outside seating and dining areas are very nice indeed, as are the lovely gardens. Within easy walking distance are a small shop and bar, and you are within just a few mins drive of more restaurants and sights, while Dubrovnik is about 25 mins away. Would definitely stay again.

Extraordinary journey!

We had a fantastic time here! The host communicated with us in advance of our holiday and was very accommodating. She made sure any questions that we had were answered. I really think she went the extra mile. She then greeted us on our arrival and gave us lots of recommendations and was super helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better host! The villa is like two villas in one. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a living space, a kitchen and a bathroom all of which is fully equipped. Then upstairs is accessed by external stairs which would be perfect for grandparents or another couple maybe. It has one bedroom, living space, a kitchen and a bathroom and a balcony. Everything was perfectly clean. The outside of the villa had two different seating areas, sunbeds, an outdoor fridge, sink, BBQ etc. Honestly more than you would ever want. It is very peaceful there! The view was one of the most stunning views I think we have ever seen. Fully recommend staying here!

Great stay!

Вілла перевершила всі очікування! Найперше — чудове розташування: зовсім поруч море і всього кілька хвилин до Дубровніка. Будинок — просто мрія: два поверхи зі всіма зручностями, простора літня зона й кухня, гриль, басейн, місце під паркування двох авто, наша компанія із 7 людей була повністю задоволена побаченим. Все доглянуте й охайне, приємно перебувати в кожному куточку. Окремо хочу відзначити власницю Мартіну. Вона завжди на зв’язку, відповідала миттєво, допомогла з вибором ресторанів, орендою яхт та вирішила всі побутові питання. Її гостинність зробила відпочинок ще комфортнішим. Якщо й були якісь дрібниці, то згадувати їх не хочеться — а це і є найкращий доказ, що ми обрали ідеальне місце для райського відпочинку. Щиро рекомендуємо!
