Bienvenido a nuestra encantadora casa de cuatro dormitorios con piscina privada climatizada, jacuzzi al aire libre y vista al mar ubicada a 8 km del centro histórico de Dubrovnik. Esta moderna propiedad de decoración cuenta con 4 dormitorios, 3 baños, cocina, comedor y sala de estar con capacidad para 8 personas. La cocina está totalmente equipada con vitrocerámica, horno, lavavajillas, nevera / congelador, tetera y cafetera. Aquí, junto a la cocina, hay un comedor con mesa y sillas. La sala de estar de día cuenta con TV vía satélite / LCD donde se sentirá como en casa en un ambiente relajado. Desde el salón se sale al balcón con mesa y sillas para que pueda disfrutar de las tardes de verano con vista al mar. Las dos habitaciones tienen camas king y otras dos habitaciones con dos camas individuales que se pueden hacer como una cama king si hay parejas que se alojen durante las vacaciones.
¡La terraza Lounge y la terraza dominarán la casa al aire libre, sin duda será un lugar donde pasará mucho tiempo durante su estadía en nuestra maravillosa casa! Relajarse en una tumbona o burbujear en el jacuzzi. La pérgola, con cocina de verano, comedor y barbacoa, es un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de una tarde tranquila "Al fresco". El foco de atención es nuestra refrescante piscina con tumbonas y una hermosa zona exterior construida con piedra tradicional dálmata.
Nuestra casa está a solo 10 minutos en coche de la antigua ciudad amurallada de Dubrovnik, así que si te aburres de descansar en la piscina y hacer barbacoas (¡Muy poco probable!) entonces puede visitar los lugares de interés que Dubrovnik tiene para ofrecer, comprar o comer en el impresionante casco antiguo o hacer un viaje a una de las islas cercanas. Toda el área al aire libre está aislada y privada, la piscina es toda suya.

Relaxing family getaway

We had a fun week in Zaton Bay with a good mix of relaxing by the pool and hot tub, plus a few days out in Dubrovnik (15-20mins drive away) old town and beaches. We also rented a boat and skipper for the day to go out to some of the local islands for snorkelling. The host, Irena, was so helpful and always very responsive before the trip and also during. Every question was answered including advice for what to do when we were there. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing you must book this you won’t regret it

The villa was absolutely beautiful the pool, the hot tub were amazing! We had a great time. The outdoor kitchen area was fantastic for our meals on our nights in. Can’t thank Pero and Irena enough for their amazing support, best hosts I’ve had at a property always on hand to help I.e bus routes, tours, restaurants etc. This is a must go place, just do it for your morning coffee view it’s worth thousands of kuna! It’s quiet, it’s safe, it’s amazing! We can’t wait to go again…..

Perfect family vacation

We stayed here for a family break. Irena is an amazing host nothing is too much trouble before you arrive and once you are there. I have never had such a lovely helpful host that totally goes out her way for her guests. The villa is perfect everything you could ever ask for and location amazing. Supermarket restaurants and walks on your doorstep if you can make yourself leave the luxury of the villa with everything on hand. So many places close by to visit either by car or phoning for taxi or Uber. Can’t recommend this villa enough. We will definitely be back

Had a great time here with two families. Great location and pool and Jacuzzi were superb. Irena was a fantastic host and helped us out no end with trips, restaurant bookings and even lifts! Would love to return here again one day and we will. Ideal quiet location,just outside Dubrovnik. Wonderful time and great villa

Bij deze eigenaars is gastvrijheid troef!

Je wordt hier ontvangen met heel veel warmte door Irena en Pero in Zaton. Zij zorgen ervoor dat je je onmiddellijk thuis voelt! Zelfgemaakte hartige gebakjes en lokale dranken werden spontaan aangeboden. Het is ook alsof je op een toeristische dienst belandt: Irena geeft uitleg over alles wat je wil weten! Er is een grote map met toeristische folders aanwezig. Dit duo is super! De woning is mooi en heel goed onderhouden. Ze ligt aan een drukke baan, maar binnenshuis hoor je daar zo goed als niets van. De 4 slaapkamers zijn niet zo groot maar netjes. De badkamers zijn erg klein en zonder bergruimte. De buitenkeuken is handig en het is gezellig vertoeven in de ganse buitenruimte. Het zwembad is kleiner dan wat ons op de foto's leek, maar toch best leuk. Niet geschikt voor mensen die niet goed te been zijn want de woning ligt op een steile helling en er zijn wel wat trappen de doen vooraleer je aan de vakantiewoning komt. Wij hebben hier al bij al enorm genoten!!! .

Perfect holiday in Dubrovnik -Croatia

We are just returned from our vacation in Dubrovnik.This was our first visit to Dubrovnik, Croatia and we thank our lucky stars we booked to stay here. The hosts were very friendly, and helpful, they collected us from the airport, offered us lifts into Dubrovnik and booked tickets for our excursion in Korcula and Ston. The house are comfortable for 7 person and very clean.There is an outdoor cooking area with Jacuzzi and a brick built BBQ, a seating area and an area for relaxation.The view from pool terasse are amazing. Zaton is peaceful bay, safe for swimming and the food in the local restaurant was excellent. There are plenty of excursions available if you like to explore Dubrovnik Riviera and Dubrovnik Old City has a charm all of its own. An ideal location with excellent hosts Irene, great accommodation,pool and super views made our holiday amazing and we would definately visit again and would recommend house as a place to stay.

Zaton 5star Treatment.

Irena was such a great host and was so informed about the local area and activities. The appartment was well laid out and very clean. The pool area and Jacuzzi were wonderful. There are a few good restaurants in the local area and the appartment is next door to shops. The only downside is the noise of the traffic but probably is unavoidable as the road is the Dubrovnik Riviera road and is hard to get away from it if you want the sea view.

Everyone enjoyed the holiday

The apartment is very nicely done out and plenty of room for 8 persons. Irena arranged a private boat for us we had lunch on lopud at restaurant Dubrovnik which was great. Had a lovely dinner at Posat with view of the old city. Zaton is very nice and quite only a 5 minute walk to nearest restaurants and sea. Water sports 5 mins away is very cheap. Great stay and Irena the owner gave great tips on what to do.

Fantastic stay

We stayed at Irena and Pero villa this year in June travelling as a family party of 5 adults The Villa was great plenty of space wonderfully clean wonderful views from the front terrace and from the pool. There is a supermarket just next door which was handy for all our breakfast requirements drinks and snacks . The resort is charming a small bay with a few restaurants dotted around the bay, very low key on nightlife but Dubrovnik is close enough to pop into of an evening if you enjoy something a little more lively. We had some great food, and every restaurant had fantastic view by the sea Tavern Arka, was a favourite where the owner twice brought us home via mini bus, Kasar where we came back across the bay by boat. Irenea who lives just underneath the villa was on hand to ask anything she even exchanged currency for us in Dubrovnik although there is an ATM just next door, she was a mine of information about trips and was happy to organise transport, she even came and cooked us a delicious meal along with her husband Pero we very much enjoyed their comany but still kept a low profile not to intrude on our holiday. We all had a lovely relaxing break, well done Irena you make people feel at home, all in all a fantastic service. We hope to return.

Paradise in Zaton

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was one of the best home vacation rentals we have ever had, very well situated in Zaton, a short distance to Dubrovnik old town, but with enough restaurants and convenient shopping locally. Our host was so warm and hospitable. She recommended outstanding restaurants, places to visit and helped us to organize a boat tour. She greeted us warmly with home cooked food at time of our arrival, she gave us an overview of all the things to do and visit, and then even though she lives on the property, we had full privacy for the duration of our stay to enjoy the pool, the jacuzzi, the fire place and outstanding views. The only complaint was that it is on a busy road, but even that had it's conveniences. I would whole heartedly recommend this paradise in Zaton for your next vacation in Dubrovnik area.

“Absolutely Fabulous Vacation ”

We had a lovely family holiday.The house itself is really beautiful. Spotlessly clean with great facilities.The outside area is just stunning. Beautiful pool area and patios areas with loads of seating, dining area and a fantastic BBQ. Everything is lit up beautifully at night, so perfect for sitting relaxing outside. Irene owner could not do enough to make our holiday memorable with welcome pack ( drinks,home made pancakes etc) waiting for us on arrival and all the essentials to get us started, together with a truly warm welcome. Dubrovnik is amazing and a good tip . Game of Thrones tour not only showed filming locations but also was informative about history of Dubrovnik. A cable car ride up to Panorama is great. Views are spectacular. A trip to Lokrum island was a good day out. Great restaurant in the heart of the island and good swimming in the sea.Overall we really enjoyed week stay and the hospitality that Irene extended to us was very much appreciated.

Fantastic vacation and perfect home

We sayed for week at this wonderful holiday home with a group of 7 friends to celebrate my 50th Birthday. We could not have wished for a better stay. Upon arrival, the owner Irene meet us, showed us around and was most helpful! We were provided with fresh almonds and homemade liker, and introduced with a brief history of the city. Throughout the stay the owner and his family could not have been more helpful; additionaly, Irena who helped us organised the stay was fantastic, and helped us arrange a hire large car for one daily trip to Montenegro, allowing trips to Old Town, trip to Island from Zaton and daily trip to Ston Walls. The villa was situated in an nice location, 8 of Km from Dubrovnik, providing the serenity one expects with a villa, whilst having supermarket within walking distance,also near is bus station and restaurants.We are recommended Restaurant Casar in Zaton Veliki,it`s been great meals there with fresh fish,mussels and home made wine. I really cannot sing enough praise about this place, the owners and the local Croatian people. We were made at home everywhere we went, were not 'fleeced' by anyone, the food was exceptionally good and very reasonably priced - benefits which we thought would have been eroded as Croatia has become more frequented by tourists.This really is the place to stay - Dubrovnik is a day/evening trip city, and we found Zaton much more relaxed.

really really good, cannot praise it highly enough

just come back from a great two weeks at the holiday home. it's in first class condition and immaculately clean. great amenities and unusually for the area has it's own pool. Irena and family on hand for anything needed or to help with taxi's, trips etc. would definitely go back. Zaton Bay is quietish but had enough for us.

Wonderful Stay

We had the most wonderful 2 weeks staying at Irena and Pero's villa. The villa has everything you need. The outside space is just amazing. You have a kitchen, eating area, sitting area, hot tub and bbq on one level and then a fantastic pool and sun loungers up another level. The pool area is very private and you have good views over the bay. You also have a couple of balconies from the villa to spoil you as well. We had a very friendly welcome from Irena who is knowledgeable about the local area. Irena organised many of our taxis transfers and attractions for us. She is always very willing to help out. We would recommend the private chef which was a great experience. The local restaurants are a good standard and further round the bay you have great dining experiences at Orsan and Kasar. Dubrovnik is amazing and a good tip - take taxis there and back. Game of Thrones tour not only showed filming locations but also was informative about history of Dubrovnik. A cable car ride up to Panorama is great. VIews are spectacular. A trip to Lokrum island was a good day out. Great restaurant in the heart of the island and good swimming in the sea. Overall we really enjoyed our two week stay and the hospitality that Irena and family extended to us was very much appreciated. We very much hope to return.

Excellent villa with superb facilities

Irena is the perfect host, nothing is too much trouble. The villa is located in a quiet area but close enough for trips to the Old Town or out on boat tour. Irena arranged everything, and was always on hand to answer any question. Highly recommended.

“Wonderful family holiday ”

We spent a wonderful week at this holiday accommodation which amply accommodated my wife and I, 3 children and 2 grandparents.On arrival we were warmly greeted by owner Irene who had a thoughtful supply home cake and drinks for us already stocked. As we were celebrating a family birthday,she helped us to arrange for a chef to cater a BBQ at the house as a special treat. This was in the wonderful upper BBQ area of the house with stunning views. The kids played in the swimming pool every day while the adults enjoyed relaxing on the very comfy sun beds. The holiday home is beautifully designed inside and outside with plentiful areas to sit as a family and relax in the sunshine.Zaton is a beautiful harbour village with a nice restaurants set in an idyllic coastline. We visited Dubrovnik on a couple of occasions which is a must-see city and one day we visit Korcula island.I would definitely recommend this fantastic accommodation and place.

Great vacation and amazing place

Our family from Finland has been first time in Croatia and stayed for week in this wonderful holiday home. Upon arrival the owner Irene meet us, showed us around and was most helpful! We were provided with fresh almonds and homemade liker, and introduced with a brief history of the area and the house - we were most impressed,spesually private pool with amazing sea view and Spa pool area.Owner Irene who helped us organised the stay was fantastic, and helped us arrange a hire large car for one daily trip to Korcula island, allowing trips to Old Town, trip to Islands from Zaton and daily trip to Konavle.Holiday home is situated in nice seaside location 10 minutes drive from centar of Dubrovnik,beach and restaurants within walking distance from holiday home.We are recommended Restaurant Kasar in Zaton Veliki.I really cannot sing enough praise about this holiday home, the owner and the local Croatian people.We been all very satisfied with our family holiday in Dubrovnik Riviera and this holiday home. We really recommend it.Thank you for all !!!

Séjour dans une villa parfaite

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette villa à 8 personnes. Nous avons eu un accueil remarquable, avec boissons fraîches et apéritifs. En soirée la propriétaire a eu la gentillesse de nous proposer différentes excursions avec chauffeur privé à un coût moindre, ce qui a été très utile. Elle nous a même apporté des produits fait-maison (vin, liqueur, jambon, fromage et dessert aux pommes) excellents ! La villa était très propre, ainsi que la cuisine extérieure, le spa et la piscine. Les chaises longues sont très confortables et des draps de plage sont mis à disposition, ce qui est très pratique. Les chambres sont modernes et confortables avec climatisation. La mer est à quelques pas, et un peu plus loin il y a différentes petites plages.La villa est idéalement située, au calme, loin de l'afflux de touristes. Restaurants et supermarchés à proximité.

Fantastic!

Irena was a wonderful host. She helped us with anything we needed: transports, guides, boattrip, restaurants etc. The house was really beautiful and spaceful. We really enjoyed the out-door kitchen. Fantastic holiday with family and friends

We are just returned from our week vacation in Dubrovnik.This was our first visit to Dubrovnik, Croatia and we thank our lucky stars we booked to stay here. The hosts were very friendly, and helpful, they collected us from the airport, offered us lifts into Dubrovnik and booked tickets for our excursion in Korcula and Ston. The house are comfortable for 7 person and very clean.There is an outdoor cooking area with Jacuzzi and a brick built BBQ, a seating area and an area for relaxation.The view from pool terasse are amazing. Zaton is peaceful bay, safe for swimming and the food in the local restaurant was excellent. There are plenty of excursions available if you like to explore Dubrovnik Riviera and Dubrovnik Old City has a charm all of its own. An ideal location with excellent hosts Irene, great accommodation,pool and super views made our holiday amazing and we would definately visit again and would recommend house as a place to stay.

Just perfect vacation and holiday villa

Our family from England was first time in Croatia and stayed for week in this wonderful holiday villa. We could not have wished for a better stay. Upon arrival the owner Irene meet us, showed us around and was most helpful! We were provided with fresh almonds and homemade liker, and introduced with a brief history of the area and the house - we were most impressed....spesually private pool with amazing sea view and Spa pool area.Throughout the stay the owner could not have been more helpful; additionaly, Irena who helped us organised the stay was fantastic, and helped us arrange a hire large car for one daily trip to Montenegro, allowing trips to Old Town, trip to Island from Zaton and daily trip to Ston ( amazing mussels and don`t miss to see longest walls).House is situated 10 minutes drive from centar of Dubrovnik,beach and restaurants within walking distance from house.We are recommended Restaurant Casar in Zaton Veliki.I really cannot sing enough praise about this holiday home, the owner and the local Croatian people.We been all very satisfied with our family holiday in Dubrovnik Croatia. We really recommend it, especially if you prefer to stay in a place where you can relax in peace and quiet. Thank you Irene for all and hope to see you again!

Happy Birthday Celebration Holiday

Irena, the chatelaine of Villa Noah, could not have been more helpful in every possible way, helping to make our holiday the great success it was. The accommodation suited our needs perfectly and the advice Irena provided about transport, provisioning, sea trips, etc, etc, was such a boon. I have no hesitation in recommending the Villa Noah.

Lovely holiday villa and fantastic vacation

Staying at Irena and Pero's holiday home villa was by far the best part of an already wonderful and delightful trip to Europe. There were 4 adults in our group. You can go to the amenities tab on the homeaway link to read what the villa offers in terms of rooms, outside space, etc. But, you can read the following to learn how renting specifically from Irena & Pero (and their lovely children) added more to our trip than we could have hoped for. They are warm and kind and incredibly knowledgeable about their city and the options available to you as a guest/tourist. It was like all the best parts of staying with family. They let us alone for the most part but were readily available when we needed assistance. They arranged taxis for us, or actually dropped us off at where we needed to be sometimes. They also offered recommendations on restaurants, tourist attractions, and other "what to do" ideas. Irena works with the same group of tour-guides (known well to her) that are not only knowledgeable but passionate about their country and its history so you learn so much on the sightseeing trips. Their holiday villa is beautiful, up to date and spotless/very cleanly. It is a 10 minute, inexpensive taxi ride from Old Town. The ride to/from Old Town is along the beautiful Dubrovnik coastline, so the taxi ride always felt like a beautiful sightseeing tour, too. The home is a 2 minute walk from a delightful restaurant on the bay in Zaton Mali (ask for Borro!). And a very picturesque 20 minute walk along the shoreline to other great restaurants in Zaton Bay. I cannot say enough about Irena & Pero and their beautiful home. Giving them the highest available rating on Homeaway! Jeanie Pembroke

Our home is situated in Zaton bay a charming seaside place, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine and swimming in the sea. Between Mali and Veliki Zaton there are little coves and swimming spots and plenty of pine trees for shade – it’s really pleasant to walk along the shore or just to sit in one of the little sea-front restaurants sipping a glass of local wine!

Picture perfect sunset views over the bay. - Great location for explore islands and the Dubrovnik Region. - The private pool with a Sea view , Basketball court and table tennis is also very secluded and offers guests the opportunity to enjoy all the amenities of our home.
