Villa Solaire is a luxurious complex of two independent houses with 10 bedrooms ideal for large groups, with two private 35m2 swimming pools in Stavromenos Rethymno, offering a a stunning sea view ,endless calmness and azure imagery, capable of accommodating up to 22 people. Their total area is 320 m² (160 m² each house).

Two self-contained holiday houses with a total of 10 bedrooms await you, ideal for groups who would like to spend their holiday together, whilst still retaining some privacy.

Each villa lays out with a well designed living room adorned with modern furnishings and equipped with a large 50″ TV and air conditioning to ensure. Adjacent there are fully-equipped kitchens and a convenient WCs for guests' use.

In the same space there is also a bedroom consisting of : 2 single beds, a balcony , Air conditioning, a 32″ TV and a wardrobe.

On the first floor there are a total of two comfortable bedrooms:

1st bedroom: The master bedroom with queen-size bed, en-suite WC, air conditioning, 32″ TV, and ample wardrobe space.

2nd bedroom: boasts a queen size bed, its own balcony, AC, 32″ TV, and a spacious wardrobe for storing belongings.

The villa also boasts a basement playroom with PS5 for gaming enthusiasts, equipped with a WC, sauna for relaxation, and yet another 60″ TV and air conditioning.

Descending to the basement, you'll find two additional bedrooms.

1st bedroom : featuring a queen size, a balcony overlooking the sea, air conditioning, a wardrobe and another 32″ TV.

2nd bedroom: offers similar comforts with a queen size bed and an additional sofa bed, AC, 32″ TV, and a wardrobe.

Expansive outdoor spaces include the two heated pools and a composure area of sunbeds and umbrellas. The villa's list of amenities includes also a BBQ installation and a seating and dinning table for entairtaining and recreative gatherings with family and friends.

The villa is located in Stavromenos nearby Rethymno (10klm away)the famous city for its Old Town and Venetian Harbor, offering a more urban enviroment with excellent nightlife. The villa is located near the central axis of the national road, allowing you to explore all the compulsive alternatives of Crete. The distance from the nearest supermarket is 500m and the closest beach is right next to you at 500m for cool dips and sunny moments.
