And later on, entertainment awaits at the nightclubs, casinos, and pubs just 3 kilometers away.

The villa extends over the ground floor and first floor, with two elegantly decorated bedrooms - one with a comfortable double bed 160x200 cm, and the other with a king size bed 180x200 cm and a single bed 90x200 cm and a walk-in bathroom. There are a total of four spacious bathrooms available to guests, three of which are equipped with a shower cabin, while one offers the pleasure of relaxing in a bathtub.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen that beckons with light and functionality. The living room exudes elegance and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, sofa bed 100x200 cm, including TV, WiFi and air conditioning.

The spacious terrace extending from the living room offers a haven for relaxation with a pool, barbecue, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a dining table. Here, you can enjoy sunbathing on comfortable loungers or refresh yourself under the outdoor shower before taking a dip in the pool.

The villa is further enriched by a complete wellness center including a gym equipped with the latest exercise equipment, a sauna releasing medicinal ions and featuring an O3 ozonator, and a jacuzzi with built-in speakers. Additionally, on the ground floor, there is a bank safe providing extra security for your personal belongings, with the option to choose your own security code.
