VillalMare es el lugar ideal para aquellos que buscan privacidad y relajación a pocos kilómetros del centro de Bari. Su ubicación es ideal para aquellos que viajan en coche. VillalMare está a unos pocos cientos de metros del acceso a la carretera de circunvalación SS16bis-Bari, a pocos kilómetros de la carretera Bitonto y Molfetta. Dé un paseo a lo largo de la extensa costa a pie o en bicicleta (3 bicicletas están disponibles para todos los huéspedes), es agradable en cualquier época. La villa tiene un gran patio frontal y lateral que permite el estacionamiento de más coches. El mar está a sólo 200 metros. En el centro del Espíritu Santo se puede encontrar todo tipo de propiedades comerciales, y hay varias tiendas especializadas en 'comida y el vino. Estupenda casa en Bari

Me ha encantado. La casa está fenomenal, es grande y cómoda, con un jardín muy agradable. Además de tener mesa de ping-pong y futbolin. Muy buena ubicación. Lo mejor, el dueño, muy agradable y encantador. Nos dejaron bebida, desayunos y el último día nos obsequiaron con unos dulces típicos. Todo ha estado fenomenal.

Muy bueno

Una villa muy agradable, espaciosa. Ubicada en un sitio muy tranquilo, cerca del pueblo, del aeropuerto y de muy facil y rapido acceso a las vías de carreteras principales. Sin problemas de aparcamiento. Y para terminar destacar la amabilidad y detalles de los propietarios. Fueron muy atentos. Recomendamos esta casa a los que tengan idea de ir a Puglia, maravillosa por cierto.

Empfehlenswertes Haus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Viele Aufmerksamkeiten zur Begrüßung. Fürsorgliche Umsorgung während des Aufenthalts. Viele Tipps für Besichtigungen. Alles wie beschrieben, allerdings ist das zweite Bad nicht innerhalb des Hauses. Sehr schöne Außenanlage. Guten Lage für Touren zu umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, luftig und die Terasse ein Traum. Vielen Dank an Enzo und seine Mutter. Der Empfang war sehr nett und freundlich mit sehr viele Informationen und Ratschläge für diese Region. Das Meer ist sehr schön und sehr nah am Haus aber man hat nicht die Möglichkeit zu baden weil die Küste steinig ist. Für die schönen Städte entlang der Küste braucht man ein Auto. In Prinzip ein gelungenes Aufenthalt mit alles was man benötigt für ein paar Tagen Urlaub. Noch einmal ein super Dankeschön an Enzo für seine Gastfreundschaft, wir werden wieder kommen.

Wonderful vacation home by the sea.

Enzo is a fabulous host, welcoming, informative and great communication. The house is lovely and has a fantastic yard. It’s a great starting point for visiting all of Puglia. Deserves more than five stars!

Die Villa ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und der Gastgeber Enzo ist sehr hilfsbereit

Die Fotos entsprechen der Ausschreibung. Die Lage ist ca. 12 Min vom Flughafen Bari entfernt. Es empfiehlt sich, ein Auto zu mieten und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Villa war zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Prosecco sowie frisches Obst, selbstgemachte Marmelade und Kekse. Eine frische Kuchenauswahl gab ebenso zur Begrüßung. Enzo ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Villa ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag benötigt. Enzo hat ebenfalls eine Auswahl mit Besichtigungsorte bereit gelegt, in dem diese Orte genau beschrieben sind, mit Fotos dargestellt und die Entfernung mit dem Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel beschrieben. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder diese Villa bevorzugen. Herzlichen Dank an Enzo für die liebevolle Gastfreundlichkeit!!!!

Children friendly house in Puglia

We stayed for over a week at this lovely house. Vincenzo and his family are what people call super hosts, very helpful and super friendly. The house is very children friendly and close to most things of intresset in Puglia. There are good restaurants close by, in walking distans. I can highly recommend this house.

Wonderful experience

This is a lovely home in a nice area outside of Bari with everything you could need for a restful holiday. Enzo and his parents go out of their way to make you feel welcome and you really feel that you are in a friend’s vacation home. Enzo (who speaks perfect English) greeted us warmly and there were treats, coffee, wine, water, beer and juice all waiting for us as well as maps, brochures and advice on what to see. Enzo recommended the town of Matera which had not been on our itinerary and was one of the highlights of our trip. The WiFi was perfect and their TV service has German, French and English channels. There is gated parking for your car (we rented from Europcar - a good experience) and it is very convenient to the Bari airport. We had several good meals at L’Incanto (within walking distance - charming owner, amazing olive oil). Enzo’s parents came to see us off and we felt as if we had made new friends as well as enjoying our holiday!

A great property and a lovely area.

As two older couples travelling together we all thought this property was excellent. Firstly, the owner came and retrieved us when we couldn't quite find the place, though we were only just round the corner. Enzo and his mother were very welcoming and he had lots of very good and useful information for us His English is excellent. They had generously left food and snacks for us that we enjoyed. The bungalow was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a kettle which English guests appreciate. There is loads of outside space and lots of seating andthe garden is attractive. There are playthings for children as well. We happily sat outside after a tiring day out. The seafront is just at the end of the road, though you cannot swim here. We walked to a choice of restaurants every evening, about 15 minutes walk. A car would be a definite advantage here , though you are not far from Bari airport and we did use the bus to go into the city but there are lots of attractive towns along the coast or inland that you would need a car to visit. We recommend the property, the owner and the area.

Charming house in Santo Spirito

Vincenzo is a perfect, warm-hearted, and charming host. Check-in late evening wasn´t a problem as well as a late check-out. He welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a very well prepared lunch stock in the house. In general the house was equipped with nearly everything which you need for daily things (cooking, showering, beach, etc.)! We enjoyed our vacation in Santo Spirito. It was a pleasure to stay in your house Vincenzo. Thank you very much and greetings from my Italian family :-)

Une trés belle région

Une trés belle région bordée par l 'Adriatique , avec de jolies petites ville et de magnifiques petits ports de pêche , le soir aprés le retour des petits bateaux on peut acheter de trés beaux petits poissons à des prix abordables ,le tout consiste à pouvoir les cuisiner ,c'était notre cas! ajoutez à cela une villa magnifique, et un accueil hors du commun ,et voici comment l'on passe une excellente semaine

Wunderbares Quartier, um Apulien zu entdecken!

Ein super schönes Haus - eine hervorragende Lage - ein sehr, sehr herzlicher Gastgeber!! Das Haus liegt in Santo Spirito, einen Vorort von Bari, der eher eine eigene Kleinstadt ist mit schönem kleinen Hafen. Es ist ruhig und mit einem sehr schönen Garten und liegt ganz nahe am Meer. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, dass man wichtige Ziele in Apulien gut erreicht. Enzo ist ein sehr, sehr herzlicher und fürsorglicher Gastgeber. Er erwartete uns nachts um halb ein, als wir vom Flughafen kamen. Es gab reichlich Vorräte - weit über das erste Frühstück hinaus. Toll!

Fantastisk skønt hus og serviceminded familie

Der er absolut anbefalelsesværdigt. Både huset, beliggenheden og klimaet. Det ligger super godt i forhold tillufthavneni Bari (kun 8 km). Der var god og sikker parkering inde på grunden lige ved huset. Skøn strandpromenade lige ved havet (Adrialerhavet) mange fine badestrande op langs kysten. Huset var rent og pænt og med alle faciliteter, alt virkede og der var mange hyggekroge ude omkring huset. Vi havde en skøn 12 dages ferie, og fik set rigtig mange af alle de spændende seværdigheder som Pulia har at byde på. Fly fra Billund skift i Bergamo og efter 4 timer et fly direkte til Bari, det var nemt. Super god ferie

Superbe séjour et très bon accueil

Superbe séjour à San spirito dans cette charmente villa... A très bon accueil des propriétaires avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de prévenance qui ont su nous apporter conseils et informations . La villa est très agréable( on y est comme chez soi, avec en plus un 1er repas offert et un petit déjeuner à notre arrivé offerts par Enzo et sa maman). Nous recommandons vivement cette location.... Nous la conseillerons à nos amis ainsi qu'à notre famille. Merci beaucoup pour cet excellent séjour.. ...

Brilliant place to relax!

The house was spotlessly clean, with all possible necessities provided as well as numerous extra snacks. The position so close to the water, yet extremely quiet, is perfect, with restaurants, bars and supermarkets within easy reach. We walked to dinner several times, enjoying the coastal atmosphere and the sea breezes. The house was spacious, light, sunny and very secure, and the outside area was just as spacious, with sun lounges and room to park our car safely behind locked gates. We were greeted with warmth by Enzo and his mother, and given a great deal of information about the local area, which contributed enormously to the enjoyment of our stay. We discovered that Santo Spirito was a great base from which to explore many other places of interest within reach, by both car and train. Gwen and Geoff, Australia

Absolut genial!!!

Der Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen. Vincenzo und seine Mutter haben uns super freundlich empfangen, es gab frische Foccacia und Wein, der Kühlschrank war gefüllt und auch für das Frühstück war alles da. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Absolut genial!! Vom Haus ist es nur ein Katzensprung zum Meer, auch dafür stehen Campingstühle bereit, da es ein Steinstrand ist. Vincenzo hat uns tolle Tipps zum Essen gehen und für die Umgebung gegeben. Es hat uns super gut gefallen. Liebe Grüße Claudia und Michael

Perfect place for holidays in Puglia

It wouldn't be possible to find better place to stay for family or friends holidays while visiting beautiful region of Puglia. The house is amazing, spacious, very well arranged, inside you can find inside everything you need, and even more. The hospitality of our host Vincenzo made us feel like we were at home or visiting an old good friend, taking care of us. He has thought of everything – our kids doesn’t have so much toys at home that we found here, and that means plenty of chill time for the adults when children are busy ! Focaccia and a bottle of prosecco to greet us was a pleasant surprise and excellent start of the holidays. The geographic location of the house is perfect : the sea is 2 min of walk and all the attractions of the region are nearby. We had a wonderful time is Santo Spirito and already thinking about comming back there one day!

lovely well presented villa

Ideal place to stay good facilities and close to all restaurants shops and public transport. Expect a very warm and friendly welcome by Enso and his mother. Highly Recommended.

A very well equipped and located villa

A very well equipped and located villa in the former fishing village of Santo Spirito. The hosts are very welcoming, the hospitality tray was abundantly filled with tasty delicacies plus, tea bags, breakfast cereals, sugar and a 'nespresso' coffee machine with an ample supply of coffee pods. Like a great hotel, there were loads of clean towels, a hair dryer plus all the beds were made up. There are even bottles of shower gel and shampoo. Detergent was available for the washing machine. All in all, a very well equipped villa at an excellent price. Highly recommended.

BELLE VILLA , PROPRIETAIRE GENEREUX ET ACCUEIL EXCEPTIONNEL

Nous ne pouvons que confirmer les commentaires précédents. La maison est très spacieuse, bien équipée et au calme. Elle est idéalement située pour visiter la région et à quelques pas du bord de mer. Nous avons apprécié l 'accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire, il nous a donné des conseils utiles pour faciliter le séjour et découvrir la région. A notre arrivée une focaccia, de la charcuterie, du vin et tout le nécessaire pour prendre les petits déjeuners ( café, thé, confiture gateaux ....) nous attendaient. Depuis plusieurs années que nous louons, ce n est que la seconde fois que nous avons pu apprécier cette hospitalité. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Merci Vincenzo et Lilina Chantal, Lilo

Wonderful in every way!

We spent 5 nights here and loved it! The house is very clean, quiet and comfortable. It feels just like a family home and everything you could possibly think of has been provided. The small but functional kitchen is well-stocked right down to herbs, garlic, onions and olive oil. There are breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, packets of cakes, chocolates and even some liqueurs in the cupboard! The welcoming tomato focaccia, pastries, cheeses and bottle of wine was especially appreciated! We loved the space to spread out here after 4 weeks of travelling and staying in B&B rooms. The garden is a lovely spot to sit in the sun with tables and chairs dotted around the garden and outside terraces. We ate outside and enjoyed the chance to buy food from the local shops and prepare our own meals. There are also great places to eat only a short walk away along the sea front, or buy fresh fish from the fish market in the afternoons. Enzo is an amazing host. He provides lots of information about the local area and places to visit. His warm and friendly mother welcomed us when we arrived (such a lovely lady and I loved the way she used Google text to speech to translate for me!). Then Enzo came to greet us after work. He speaks excellent English and was quick to respond to emails when I made the booking and sent detailed information about how to find the property. He is incredibly kind and helpful and easy to contact if you need anything. Staying here is like staying in your own home in a nice, peaceful area close to the sea. It is the perfect place to relax and also very well set-up for families with small children. We really loved this place and highly recommend it!

Fantastic accomodation

The place is wonderful, the villa is very comfortable, well-equipped. The hosts are very nice and helpful, gave us many useful advices. They gave us warm welcome - waited us with a traditional home-made and very delicious focaccia. It was a great base for us to discover the many beauties of Puglia. We enjoyed our vacation a lot. We recommend this villa to everyone. Thanks for everything, Enzo!
