This immaculately presented bungalow is the perfect holiday home for couples or small families. It is all one one level so perfect for all ages, with off street parking directly outside.
Access the private entrance hall where you will find two lovely neutral bedrooms, comprising one double bedroom and one twin, both with ample storage.
From the hallway you enter the spacious open plan reception with a wood burner. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all the mod cons (Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher), perfect for preparing a meal for the family. Or why not dine al fresco in the lovely enclosed courtyard garden, or the lawned area at the front of the property, soaking up the evening sun.
Pop your feet up in front of the television on an evening, in front of the cosy log burner and pop on a film or play some board games around the table.
To complete this property there is a modern shower room with a large shower and vanity area with ample storage.
There is off street parking in front of the property.
Pendine is a wonderful spot to base a getaway, with its small yet charming selection of amenities right on your doorstep, as well as the Museum of Speed and a 7 mile sandy beach with rockpools at low tide.
