The space
This elegant villa is spread across three levels, connected by a beautiful internal staircase, and furnished with great attention to detail to offer comfort, style, and practicality.
The ground floor features a refined living area with a cozy lounge, Smart TV with Netflix, and a dining table overlooking the garden. The spacious, modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Lavazza espresso machine, kettle, toaster, and a complete set of cookware and utensils.
From the kitchen, you can access the courtyard, which offers an outdoor dining area and barbecue; perfect for relaxed al fresco meals. The living area also opens directly onto the private garden, where an outdoor lounge surrounded by greenery provides a peaceful space to unwind.
Also on the ground floor is the Children’s Room, with two single beds and a full bathroom.
The sleeping area is distributed across the upper floors.
On the first floor, you’ll find:
The “Jungle Room”, a double bedroom in green tones with a private terrace and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet, and hairdryer
The “Liberty Room”, a bright double bedroom with two single beds (can be joined), a private terrace, and a private bathroom on the same floor
The second floor hosts the spacious and bright “Family Suite”, featuring a double bed, two single beds, a sitting area, TV, kettle, and a large private terrace filled with plants. The terrace includes an outdoor lounge where you can enjoy city views and beautiful sunsets.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with free high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linens, towels, and a washing machine are provided.
With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

This villa is located in a quiet residential area and is best suited for families, groups of friends, or respectful guests seeking a relaxed and comfortable stay.
A tourist tax of €1.50 per night per person is not included in the reservation and must be paid according to the host’s instructions. Children under 12 and adults over 70 are exempt.
The villa is fully family-friendly, offering a travel cot, stroller, high chair, baby monitor, toys, books, board games, and child safety gates. Beach equipment such as an umbrella and toys is also available.
Daily housekeeping can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
In case of maintenance issues, a technician is available. Costs may apply if issues are caused by guest misuse.
For security purposes, there is an external surveillance camera monitoring only the parking area.
The owner is not responsible for lost personal items left inside the property.
