Casa Vira has a truly enviable location in Positano, set amidst one of Italy’s most stunning regions



Extending over square meters, Casa Vira is a compact property, with space for 4 people. Where it really stands out, however, is in its unparalleled view over the sparkling azure waters of the Amalfi bay. Furnishings are typical of the local Positano style, but the overall design is largely functional.



The house is accessible up a staircase of 45 steps from the main road, just a few minutes from Piazza Flavia Gioia and from the town centre. From here, you enter a tiled terrace, with trees, greenery, and a small majolica table with chairs. This, of course, is a wonderful spot for quiet moments of reflection and for gazing out over the sea.



A few more steps lead into the light-filled main living space which has large windows with sea views, and charming touches, starting with the flooring. On the left, there’s a wood dining table with 6 chairs, two 3-seater sofas, and additional units and shelving. The fitted kitchen is on the right, comprising a 5-ring hob, double corner sink, oven, dishwasher, embellished hood, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, and, in the corner, a marble island with stools.



BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS



The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are accessible from the living room:



• Bedroom 1, with ensuite bathroom: double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, shelves, chest, wall fitted wardrobe with 5 decorated doors, large window with curtains and sea views

• Bedroom 2: double bed (more suitable for 1 adult or 2 children), chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe with 2 doors, floor lamp

• Bathroom 1 (ensuite to bedroom 1): double marble sink in fitted unit, toilet, bidet, bath with shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer

• Bathroom 2 (access from the hallway): marble sink in fitted unit, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle, heated towel rail, hairdryer

• Final cleaning 210,00 euros

• Tourist tax 2,5 euros per day per person. Children under 10 years do not pay. Tax requested from April 1st to November 2nd

• Late arrival fee after 8:00 PM: 50,00 euros

• Damage deposit 200,00 euros. The damage deposit will be refunded on the departure day, if no damages at the property.
