Casa Caldiero - Apartamento Con Gran Terraza

Situado en una escalera privada que incluye otros 7 apartamentos, este familiar, un apartamento de tres habitaciones se compone de un amplio y luminoso salón con una sala de estar-comedor y una cocina abierta con una península totalmente equipada, dos habitaciones dobles
(para uno de los cuales puede solicitar dos camas individuales) y dos baños con ducha.
Todas las habitaciones tienen acceso a la amplia terraza con espléndidas vistas al mar. El apartamento es muy central; a 5 minutos a pie de la playa, el paseo marítimo, tiendas y restaurantes. Como Positano se construye en una montaña, nos gusta advertir a los huéspedes que hay pasos a seguir para llegar al apartamento y moverse por la ciudad.

Hay una tarifa de limpieza de 50 € que se pagará en efectivo en el lugar.
El registro de entrada se realiza entre las 3:00 p.m. y las 10:00 p.m.

Our stay was wonderful! The location was perfect and Grady was an incredible host, making sure we had everything we needed and was always available for recommendations. The steps were a workout so I don’t recommend the place for people who have trouble walking or are not in good health. We absolutely loved our stay! Grazie Grady!!

Positano is Fabulous!

This property is beautiful, the view is absolutely the best. Stunning every direction. The stairs are an issue for anyone disabled, but the porters do an excellent job of delivering your luxury

Great location, charming and super clean VRBO. Grady was great! Prompt responses to emails, texts, etc. Super view and magnificent patio. The 160 steps to the VRBO was challenging but durable. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful Positano

Positano is beautiful place to explore and Casa Caldiero offers a stunning view to take it all in. Grady was great to deal with and Casa Caldiera is exactly as described. Clean, comfortable with cold AC and WiFi. Would stay again.

We stayed here with 4 adults. The location was great, not too high or too low. View was amazing and the accommodations were exactly as described. For the price, space, and view, it was a great choice vs. a hotel. Will stay there again during our next visit to Positano.

Great comfortable and clean apartment. View from terrace is amazing and the host, Grady was very accommodating. Used a car service the host recommended which made our travels so much easier and enjoyable.

AMAZING VIEWS

We had a wonderful time at the property, the layout was perfect. The terrace was the highlight for us. It was so inviting and large and you honestly didn’t have to leave the space to just soak it all in. Grady and Francesca were super host, they gave us lots of information and even helped book our parking. We definitely would stay here again!

Positively Spectacular

My husband and I along with another couple stayed at this beautiful apartment for 10 days. It was just as pictured and located on the website. The location was perfect for day trips to different spots around Positano as it is short walking distance to ferries, boats, local bus route and driver services. The apartment was clean, cozy and the veranda is spectacular! You could not find a better location for a stay in Positano.

Great apartment - highly recommend

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Grady’s apartment! We had everything we needed for our stay – great location, comfortable apartment, and amazing views from the balcony!! Grady was a brilliant host – his communication was great throughout our stay. Just be mindful there are a lot of stairs to get around, but that’s Positano for you. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding villa & location

We spent 5 nights at the villa & loved it! The pictures don’t do it justice as it’s even more spectacular than the pictures show . The location was perfect & views amazing . The Villa was clean , comfortable, & well stocked with all that we needed including the washing machine .

Amazing locale with amazing vistas

Located about 2/3 of the way up from the beach this apt offers 2 beds n 2 baths plus a patio overlooking Positano Beach and the coastline. The apt is fully air conditioned and the host is super responsive and a pleasure to work with. By far the best tho is the patio. Mornings and evening relaxation with the best view of the coastline and boating activity can’t be beat. Recommend this apt highly. I do suggest you get in shape before visiting as there are some stairs to deal with while staying there

Great stay — spectacular view

The greatest thing about this property is the balcony with just unbelievable views. The unit itself is comfortable and charming. Has everything you need. Excellent location, but still a lot of stairs both up to main street and down to beaches. Comes with the territory I suppose!

A dream accommodation

This is the VRBO people dream about. The location was perfect, and the views from the spacious balcony were breathtaking. Grady (the host) was extremely communicative and even met us at the ferry drop off to guide us up the short walk up to the unit. The apartment is perfect for 4 people (probably even more if needed), it was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were always hot. We didn’t cook, but the full kitchen has everything you would need. It’s a quick walk from the unit up to the Main Street for a stroll around town. Well located near all the great restaurants Positano has to offer. Honestly, I could have spend the whole time on the balcony - it was truly marvelous. Grady has great recommendations for boat rentals and was quick to respond via WhatsApp for any of our needs. Anyone would be lucky to spend a few nights at this property- and we were all grateful that we got to experience this unique location. Hopefully, we get the chance to visit it again one day. Truly an opulent experience all around - could not have possibly been happier.

Great location!

We had a great time May 2023! It's very nicely located near both the beach and the main road for restaurants and shopping. Be prepared for stairs but that's everywhere in Positano. The deck overlooking the sea is amazing and the perfect place for drinks before dinner. We would go back again for sure!

Our first visit to the Amalfi coast.

We had a great vacation in Positano and are so glad we chose this town as our home base. Positano seemed so much more warm and enjoyable than our drive by impression of Sorrento. Certainly a better location than Amalfi and a much more easily transportable town than Ravello. Our Casa Caldiero villa exceeded our expectations (which were pretty high). The villa was beautifully appointed with everything we needed. The patio was the highlight. We ate each breakfast outside, watching the comings and goings in the harbor each day. The view of Positano, both day and night was so perfect and relaxing. The location of the villa was convenient to a small supermarket we frequently daily and all the restaurants and shops that we visited during the week. Grady was very helpful throughout our stay answering our questions about restaurants and shops and methods of transportation. The porter service was outstanding, helping us get our luggage up and down at the beginning and end of our trip. Our Positano vacation will be one we will always charish.

Picture perfect Almalfi coast

The property was in pristine condition. The views from the deck were beyond our expectations. The apartment is close to the ferry, restaurants and shopping. If there was one drawback it would be the stairs—162 down to the ferry level and 150+ to the street. The stairs were fine because we knew it going in but you need to be in shape! Loved the property.
