Boasting a tasteful décor and a tucked away quiet location, you'll find this private sanctuary nestled adjacent to the owners’ residence, this newly renovated coach house was originally built in 1800 and is unique as its the only one in Sandown, offering guests today a seamless blend of comfort and convenience

Perfect for up to four guests, the property features a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, with the flexibility to convert the latter into a king-size bed upon request. Ideal for intimate family getaways, it provides a cozy haven amidst the enchanting landscape of the Isle of Wight.

Convenience is key, with a designated off-road parking space ensuring hassle-free arrivals. Whether you're embarking on adventures or simply unwinding, Coach House Annexe sets the stage for memorable experiences.

Exploring the picturesque south-east side of the Isle of Wight couldn't be easier. Use this idyllic retreat as your base to discover the region's hidden gems and scenic wonders. From coastal walks to historic landmarks, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

For guests opting to travel car-free, seamless access to the property awaits. Simply embark on the Wightlink Fast Cat service to Ryde Pier Head, followed by a short train journey to Sandown Station, conveniently located less than a mile away from your home away from home.

Shower room: raindrop shower and handheld shower attachment, toilet, wash basin with vanity unit beneath, shaving point and heated towel rail.


OUTSIDE
There is one allocated parking space in the shared driveway.
Lockable storage; storage available for bicycles.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES / SERVICES:


PLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit of £150 will be required before arrival at the property. No money will be taken unless any damage is reported at the property within 14 days of your departure.

Please do make us aware at the time of booking / in advance of your stay if you require this service, so we can arrange to take payment and have the linen made available.

There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car, unless agreed prior with the owner of the property. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.

PLEASE NOTE: The owner has asked us to make guests aware that there may be some small building works occurring at their own adjoining residence in the next few months, these building works are to be scheduled between the hours of 8am to 4pm Monday – Friday and should not disturb your stay. You may have to pass some building materials on the driveway before accessing your accommodation (16th April 2024)

Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.

Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival.

A breach of the above rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.
