The main house can accommodate up to ten guests in five very comfortable, well-equipped large bedrooms. The adjacent all-ground-floor annex accommodation provides a comfortable retreat for two, perfectly suited for grandparents or guests seeking a quieter space.



The ground floor is light, airy, and spacious throughout. A vast and inviting kitchen awaits culinary adventures, fully equipped with modern amenities to inspire your inner chef. Including large fridge/freezer, hot water tap and dishwasher. Gather around the dining table or unwind in the comfort of multiple living areas. Whether you\'re seeking quiet moments curled up with a book in the family room or indulging in movie nights by the crackling fireplace, there\'s a space for all ages and occasions.

We have just returned from our New Years Eve stays and had a lovely time.

The house and grounds were perfect for what we needed, the garden and views were beautiful, and the house was well kept. Plenty of space to sit, eatgather in the kitchen. Communication was great, clear instructions given for check in and check out, and text reminders sent which were helpful. A lovely welcome hamper was left on our arrival also. We had a great stay, thank you.

Great place for a 90th Birthday Party

Fantastic spacious accommodation and the downstairs layout made it easy to hold a multi generation family party (with dogs). Loved the large dining room where 12 of us could comfortably enjoy convivial meals. Well equipped kitchen. We didn't appreciate hunting endlessly in the kitchen for the cutlery which was in a hidden drawer. A label on outside would be helpful here. Similarly we looked in all the bathrooms and bedrooms looking in vain for a hairdryer. On departure, we found it in the larder! Hooks on the backs of the doors for dressing gowns / towels would be useful, plus more shelving /cupboards in the main bathroom for storing toiletries, and surprised in a rental of this quality there was no shower gel provided.

Excellent accomodation

All guests had nothing but positive comments about this accommodation. Very spacious, comfy and well equipped. Company were quick to respond to messages and the booklet in the cottage was clear and comprehensive. A great place to hold a family get together. I would highly recommend. Instructions on how to lock to keysafe at end of stay (took us about 5 minutes to figure it out ha ha).

Family Holiday

Incredible house and location for a family trip for my mum's 60th birthday. Age ranging from 63 to 7 months old. The house has everything you need for your trip, plenty of room for everyone to spread out but also come together for meal times and relaxing. Location wise it's perfect for visiting several local beaches including the pier but also then come back to the quiet surroundings of the farmhouse. Would highly recommend to everyone!

Huge house in lovely setting.

Location was great and convenient for local attractions. Receptions area were vast and comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms for the number of rooms. Outside side seating area and hot tub were great. Gardens and wildlife were very pleasant. Annexe would benefit from updating to bring up to the standard of the main house. Access to annexe over shingle not ideal for elderly or disabled. Two of the bathroom basins were blocked and not draining so we had to unblock. Coffee machine wasn't working as needed cleaning. Kitchen was vast and well stocked with crockery however wasn't very well equipt with utensils and vessels for cooking for 10 people. Some of the bedrooms lacked furniture ie. somewhere decent to hang clothes. Second bedroom in main house was vast with huge wardrobe but had no dressing table etc.

Peaceful and fun family weekend

Big roomy house well equipped with all you need. Very clean and tidy and we would thoroughly recommend. We couldn’t get the fire in the living area to work, thankfully we didn’t actually need it. The lawn could have done with a cut and with no fencing we had to keep a close eye on the dogs to make sure they didn’t wonder off into the field or out onto the road around the sides of the house or into the stinking ditch which one managed to slide into when we threw a ball before we realised what was there, thankfully our dogs are well behaved but they like to wonder and sniff so made it a little less relaxing having to watch every second. No hanging space/wardrobe in the twin room.

The house was exactly as pictured.

The master bedroom was huge and the other bedrooms were of a decent size. There was plenty of room to accommodate 12 of us comfortably. The whole place was spotlessly clean with everything you could need. We really appreciated the welcome hamper. We will definitely be recommending StoneBow farmhouse to friends and family.

Excellent stay! Perfect property.

The property was well equipped and perfect for a family get away. The hot tub was an excellent addition and enjoyed by everyone! Location is great, perfect base for lots of day trips. We recently stayed at Stone Bow Farmhouse to celebrate my 30th birthday.

There were 8 adults and 3 children. The house is absolutely stunning. Each room was immaculate and, yes, the master bedroom really was as big as it looks online! The kitchen/living area was the perfect space for the party vibesto relax. The grounds were gorgeous and it was lovely to sit in the hot tub looking out at the view. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation. Finest Retreats who were the host were brilliant to deal with too.

You won’t find better

We booked this for 3 night for a 40th birthday we was blown away by the house and how big and spacious it was the hot tub was amazing and someone come to clean and check it everyday the trip switch had gone when we got there but the owner was quick to come and help us out and was so friendly I will be booking again the place is amazing the hot tub I think is for 8 people we had 12 with us so we did have to swap but it wasn’t a problem as some didn’t want to go in hot tub My only flaw would be the hot tub is not big enough for 12

Lovely grounds, plenty of parking, separate spaces that different parts of the family could use. The hot tub was enjoyed by all ages! Everything we needed was provided, the coffee machine was greatly appreciated by the coffee drinkers!
