The house offers five generous double bedrooms, two with en-suite, and is set over three floors including its own Tower Suite with glorious views over the property and beyond. It also offers a wealth of versatile living space on the ground floor comprising a well-equipped kitchen, separate utility and drying room, dining room and breakfast room with two downstairs toilets. There is a living room with Smart TV as well as a larger games room with Smart TV and Bluetooth speakers. If you fancy reading a book choose one from the library/reading room. Within the grounds an enclosed courtyard can be found off the breakfast room, there is a level lawn to host your own garden party or just a game of hide and seek in the gardens and private woodland.

Barleycombe is ideal base for a relaxing holiday, walking or for touring the surrounding area. You will find Cheddar Gorge, Blagdon Lake with trout fishing, a wealth of wildlife, and golf all nearby. The World Heritage city of Bath, and the cathedral city of Wells are all within driving distance, and Weston-Super-Mare’s many attractions and sandy beach can be reached within 5 miles.
