- KITCHENETTE with gas stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven and microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses, access to the balcony;

- BATHROOM 1 with shower, bidet, and toilet;

- BATHROOM 2 with shower, bidet, and toilet;

- TERRACE furnished with table and chairs;

- BALCONY.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Olbia Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



N.B. Completing registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



In the event of unauthorized use of extra linens, €20 will be charged for each set of linens used.
