Villa Goldensol is a Moroccan-style, single-storey villa located just outside Javea Old Town, Costa Blanca. Perfect for large families or groups, this stunning property offers sea views and features a unique, freeform pool with a built-in jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing while enjoying the panoramic vista. This semi-detached villa provides a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living with spacious terraces and a BBQ house for alfresco dining. A short 10 minute walk will take you to Javea Old Town where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Arenal Beach is also only a 10 minute drive away, with plenty of water sports. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.
Villa Goldensol is situated just above Javea Old Town, offering views across the village to the sea. The centre of the old town, with its array of dining, shopping, and local cultural offerings, is just a short 10 minute walk away. The main beach, Arenal, is approximately a 10 minute drive or taxi ride away, providing easy access to one of the area's most popular coastal spots. For a different scene, the smaller beaches like La Grava and Playa Granadella are within 5 and 20 minutes’ drive respectively. The villa's location combines the convenience of proximity to Javea's attractions with the tranquillity of a slightly removed, elevated position.
