Esta es una casa de 5 dormitorios y 3 baños en 1/2 acre en el hermoso Woodland Park, CO. Hay mucho estacionamiento para al menos 3 autos uno al lado del otro y más si está estacionado en doble fila. El patio está completamente cercado y tiene una terraza con una mesa con capacidad para 6 personas (hay asientos adicionales disponibles), una gran barbacoa de propano Weber, un aro de baloncesto, un área de voleibol / bádminton y un juego de juegos para niños pequeños que incluye columpios y un tobogán y una bañera de hidromasaje con capacidad para 8 personas para que toda la familia disfrute del hermoso entorno arbolado.

* La casa NO tiene aire acondicionado. Por lo general, no es un problema, excepto en los días más cálidos, porque la casa tiene mucha sombra de los árboles y hay ventiladores de celdas en 4 de las habitaciones, la cocina y la sala familiar. Hay otros 2 grandes ventiladores independientes disponibles para colocar donde se desee cuando sea necesario. El sótano es un gran lugar de reunión y siempre es genial.

USAFA parents weekend 2024

These hosts are amazing. This is the second time we’ve rented from them and communication is great, check in is a breeze, and home exactly as described. Beautiful!! Beds are comfy, extremely well stocked kitchen, and lots of space. Thank you for sharing your home with us again! We’ll be back next year!

Woodland Park Stay

The property was perfect for our family getaway. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was great and had plenty of everything we needed. Our children and grandchildren enjoyed the hot tub. They saw a wide variety of wildlife. We definitely would return and would recommend this place. Thank you, Denise and Kevin!

Perfect home for USAFA families

We are a US Air Force Academy family and have rented this lovely house in Woodland Park for the entire time our son was in the Academy, most recently for graduation. It has ample space for sleeping, eating, and gathering with friends and family. It is clean and comfortable and contains everything you need—plenty of nice cookware and dishes and towels. It is a short ride down the mountain to the Academy and is a nice retreat from the crowds in the Springs. We have been able to host cookouts for friends and family using the great deck off the kitchen, complete with large Weber grill and hot tub. The yard is huge and has plenty of space for playing games. The owners are extremely responsive and take your comfort seriously. They have always been available for our questions about the property. I 100% recommend this house to anyone looking for a Colorado mountain home experience. And the icing on the cake is that Woodland Park’s views of Pikes Peak are absolutely breathtaking.

Great Place

The owner was great to work with - relatively quick to respond. The place itself was great for about 9-10. The trundle under the bunk was a board with the equivalent of a mattress topper (no exaggeration) - I know since I slept on it;) I would suggest replacing the whole set up with a simple twin mattress. Upon spilling coffee into the silverware drawer, tons of food residue was found in the tray & under, which we thoroughly cleaned. Upon inspection, the silverware was covered in it - needs deeper cleaning periodically. Downstairs - We moved the oversized chair downstairs for games and found lots of random things under it - again, deeper cleaning...It is at least 10 degrees colder down there, and we feel a good quality space heater is necessary (but lacking). It took a while for the temperature to raise from the 55 it is set at between stays. We feel that it should be turned up before guests arrive, along with checking the hot tub, which was our biggest issue. Again, the owner did everything in their power to resolve, but we ended up with an out-of-service hot tub for our 2 nt stay. I trust it will be in order for future guests, and they did compensate for it right away. The location was great - super short drive to the shops, gorgeous area/views. We had a fabulous time even w/o the hot tub, but we chose it since it had one :(. In the end, we would consider staying again, but with 9-10 guests, not the 12 we had. I would even recommend it to prospecting guests.

Great House

Great house and location. This is our second time here and will definitely be back. The house had everything we needed. We got 42 inches of snow while we we here and the house was cozy and warm.

Perfect Getaway!

This house was great for our group of ATV-ers! Plenty of room, very well-stocked, plenty of space for our trailers, terrific backyard including hot tub. I can't say enough good things about this rental! You'll love it, too!

Exactly as expected

Had an issue with the lock when we first got there but was able to communicate with the owner. She was great and helped us get in with no problem. The house and location was perfect for what we needed. The mule deer were out every morning while we were there.

Labor Day Family Getaway

This was our 3rd visit to this property and it never disappoints! Everything was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked for our arrival. We had everything we needed to host friends and family for a Labor Day weekend cookout. Plenty of space to move around inside and out. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful backyard and the visiting deer. The property is so quiet and peaceful and the sunsets are amazing. Can't wait to come back again next year!

Woodland Park Mt home

This home, on a very nice sized lot, was perfect for our family of 13. The kitchen is organized and fully stocked. There were towels enough for everyone and the bathrooms had all the extras. The new swing set was very nice but now that the youngsters can all ride their bikes they enjoyed riding on the off street asphalt driveway along with playing basketball and soccer. There were plenty of balls and games available for the children. The large grill was appreciated along with the nice deck and family sized hot tub. We stayed at this home 2 years ago and looked forward to our return. However we did not feel the house was as clean as it was our first stay. The kitchen cupboard doors and bathroom cabinets could benefit from a good wipe down. The bathroom vent needs a good cleaning. Socks and meds were found under several beds and popcorn under the end table in the main room. The trundle bed was minus a sheet. The tray below the kitchen trash bin could benefit from a good cleaning also. We loved seeing the deer coming into the yard. We would love to return to this home and know that a good spring cleaning would return it to a 5 star status like it was on our first stay.

Family time

This house was perfect for the week! The yard was huge for the three young children which was a big selling point. Location was excellent. The house itself was very comfortable. The deer were friendly too. Highly recommend this house. Owners very communicative.
