Cabaña de madera de 4 dormitorios con exquisitas vistas de Pikes Peak. Hay 2 habitaciones familiares, cada una con chimenea de gas para agregar calidez y encanto adicionales. Se pueden hacer recuerdos durante las comidas familiares en el comedor rústico. La pequeña área adicional para comer en la cocina da a la vista de Pike's Peak. Hay 2 terrazas equipadas con parrillas, cenas al aire libre y una bañera de hidromasaje, todas con excelentes vistas a la montaña. Great Family Weekend!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The host was so responsive and helpful! The location was perfect for the activities that we had planned. Wasn’t far at all from Garden of the Gods, the North Pole, Cave of the Winds, etc. We had 6 adults and 5 kids and were very comfortable. I would highly recommend!

Nothing short of amazing!

Denise's log home was perfect for our stay in the Colorado Springs area. She thought of everything. It doesn't feel you are staying in a rental but someone's well cared for and adored home. The views are amazing and there is tons of space on the upper and lower decks. Although the house feels private (we couldn't see the neighbors), it is very close to town. It was only a few minute drive to get groceries. We enjoyed seeing the deer in the yard and watching humming birds while sitting outside for breakfast. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We would recommend Denise's home to anyone wanting a true mountain experience but close to all the amenities!

Mountain Cabin

Great place to stay with a family. Well stocked kitchen and everything you need to cook. Hot tub and firepit were super fun. Only complaint is that it isn’t ada and we had a young lady in a wheelchair but we managed and really enjoyed our stay here. I would highly recommend this place.

Colorado Family Vacation

We loved this property for many reasons! 1. Rustic feel, loved the all wood cabin with wildlife accents. 2. The view was amazing - wonderful view of pikes peak! 3. The wildlife was very active while we were there - we saw several mule deer and actually lucky enough to see a black bear one morning. Contact with property owner was timely when needed. I would highly recommend this property, it was a wonderful week with our family!

Wedding

The view from the cabin was amazing for our small outdoor wedding. The cabin had anything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked. Check in was a breeze. We would definitely book this cabin again.

The best stocked kitchen ever!!!

We are a group of nine female friends and have rented many homes over the last 40 years and this was one of the best stocked kitchens! The gas fireplace was also exceptional-very real like. Very comfortable beds. Great get away!

The Cabin Experience

As soon as we got there, we fell in love with this amazing cabin. We had the best of the experience. We loved eveything about this home would go back to it as soon as we get another chance. The owner was so helpful and attentive.

Cousin vacation

This property was a perfect location for our vacation needs. Close to Pikes Peak, Colorado Springs Cripple Creek. It had out door fire pit, hot tub, plenty of bedrooms bathrooms and all the extras needs for a perfect vacation. My only slight problem was the lighting. Mutiple switchz that did nothing and multiple lights the I never figured how to turn on. Otherwise woutd return

Mountain Paradise

House was perfect for the four of us from South Georgia however we could never get enough of the view of Pikes Peak. The kitchen is a cooks dream furnished with everything you could possibly need to make a meal. We have stayed in many vacation rentals but I can honestly tell you that you will never find a more accommodating owner than in Denise. We enjoyed our cog railroad trip up to Pikes Peak (take warm clothes). The Garden of the Gods was a fun filled day as we took a Jeep trip to a water fall. Also traveled down to Sand Dune Natl Park and glad we did even though a bit far from Woodland Park. Also enjoyed was the Dinosaur Museum and The Fossil Beds outside Cripple Creek. We spent as many hours as possible hiking on the nearby trails which was high priority on our list of things to do...all trails were great especially Lovell Gulch Trail. Strongly suggest a vacation to Woodland Park and stay in Denise’s log cabin. You will not be disappointed!!

August 2023 stay

This home was very nice. Lots of room for big groups. The outdoor area is very large and great for entertaining or relaxing. Views are amazing. It came equipped with everything you could want and it is well maintained. Manager was great to work with! I would highly recommend.

Parents weekend for USAFA family

This was by far and away the nicest VRBO we’ve stayed in. Outstanding location, very clean, private and amazing views but a few minutes from woodland park. Extremely well supplied kitchen with all the extras. Excellent communication with owners. It was the perfect mountain getaway. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful view/Perfect place!

Property looked exactly as pictured! The view of Pikes Peak was gorgeous and did not disappoint. The house is tucked back in a neighborhood up on a hill but we didn't even notice the neighbors because there is plenty of space between properties. We stayed for 5 nights with our three teens and another adult couple (7 of us total) and we had plenty of space. Having 4 bathrooms was amazing as we never fought for bathroom time (much appreciated when you have a couple of teenage girls!). Great outdoor space with upper and lower deck options. The hot tub was a perfect addition and was super easy to use. After a long day exploring, being able to relax in the hot tub was fabulous! We quickly made friends with a very friendly squirrel who would take nuts right out of your hand! My son even got it to sit on his shoulder!! The squirrel's daily visits quickly became something we looked forward to. Woodland Park is a beautiful little town not far from Colorado Springs at all. So much to do and see! Highly recommend taking the COG up Pikes Peak and also white water rafting with Echo Canyon. SO fun! Overall, wonderful stay and very happy with this VRBO choice (I had looked at TONS online and it was a hard decision but I think I made the perfect one!). You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Fabulous Mountain Getaway

This was the perfect mountain cabin in a PERFECT location. The pictures don't do it justice. The cabin/home is spacious yet cozy. However, it was the views that were phenomenal. We will definitely book this VRBO again! The owners were lovely and very helpful. We highly recommend!
