17 Shearwater is a bright and modern three bedroomed second floor apartment overlooking Kinsale Yacht Club marina to the front. It lies just a 400m stroll from the town centre with its wonderful array of places to eat, drink and shop that give Kinsale its name as the Gourmet Capital of Ireland. 

Access to the apartment is by the elevator from the underground car park where there is a designated off-street space assigned to the apartment. There is also a code accessed pedestrian gate at the front of the building.

It has a very spacious open plan living room/ kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob plate and all the crockery, cutlery and glassware you will require during your stay. There is dining a table and chairs to seat all 6 guests.

The TV is connected to a local decoder and will receive a multitude of stations. The heating is electric and the water heating is by typical immersion type controls. 

17 Shearwater has three bedrooms so in all, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The master double bedroom is ensuite and the other double bedroom and the twin bedroom share access to the family bathroom.

Wifi is available free of charge to guests.
