This property spans three floors with 4 good sized bedrooms sleeping 8 (one is a sofa bed) and 3 bathrooms (one ensuite) and offers a luxurious and comfortable stay with all the amenities you need.
Cheryl and Ian from Let's Host For You will be your main contacts during your stay. We will send your check-in details 48 hours prior to your check-in date and send your check-out details 24 hours before your departure date. We will also contact you shortly after arrival to make sure you have settled in okay, also giving you the opportunity to report any immediate concerns or ask any questions.

This large fully renovated property will provide everything you need for a relaxing stay in the seaside town of Broadstairs.
The ground floor boasts a bright and airy open-plan living area, with comfy sofas, a smart TV, and a dining table seating 8. The modern kitchen, has been designed with a chef in mind with plenty of work top space and centre island, and is fully equipped with all the modern appliances you could need. Just off the kitchen is a convenient utility room with a washing machine and microwave. Large bi-fold doors open up to a lovely paved garden with an outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco. The garden also provides a metal rack to be used for disposable BBQs.
Large opening doors seamlessly connect the main living area to a second living area / snug / 4th bedroom - this inviting space features a corner sofa that coverts into a sofa bed sleeping up to 2 guests (Please let us know if you require the sofa bed making up at the time of booking.), and a smart TV. Also on the ground floor is a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and basin.
On the first floor, there is a charming twin bedroom, perfect for children or friends. Adjacent to it is a cosy double bedroom with ample storage space. This floor also includes a full bathroom with bath with overhead shower, toilet and basin. Additionally, there is a study room with desk and a travel cot, providing extra convenience for families traveling with young children.
The top floor houses the master bedroom, a spacious and serene retreat featuring an ensuite shower room. Each bedroom in the property is thoughtfully designed with hanging and storage space, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Parking is on street and unrestricted.
The overall feel of the property is both modern and cosy, with stylish furnishings and contemporary decor creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Just a short 10 minute stroll away (half a mile) is the beautiful golden sands of Viking Bay and Broadstairs High Street with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.

Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.
Broadstairs train station is approx 0.4 miles away and is regularly served by Southeastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station
National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Thanet and take approximately 2 hours.
Frequent bus services: the Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.
Travel cot (linen not provided) and highchair available at the property . 1 stair gate is also provided.

Super property in a great location.
A well equipped, very clean and tidy property located in a good area, less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and high street.
Property would suit 6 adults and a child, with plenty of space and equipment. Kitchen is well served with utensils and crockery and the washing machine is a bonus if you have a small baby. Two shower rooms plus a bathroom are a bonus. The patio area is also a good feature.
Communication with owner was excellent.
Broadstairs is a nice place and a great base to explore Thanet and beyond.
Would not hesitate to stay here again.
