Splendid, spacious and bright 115sqm flat with three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the Trastevere neighbourhood, one of the most beautiful and characteristic neighbourhoods of Rome and only a few steps away from Piazza San Cosimato. Via Dandolo is also known as the architects' street because in 1883 it was subject to urbanisation with projects by the best architects of the then Roman scene. In addition, Via Dandolo is located outside the nightlife spots of Trastevere and is therefore quiet.

Some places in the neighbourhood worth visiting are the Scalea del Tamburino in Viale Glorioso 31, Villa Sciarra, a beautiful park in Viale delle Mura Gianicolensi 11, the Fontana del Prigione in Trastevere in Via Goffredo Mameli and the Santuario Siriaco al Gianicolo in Via Dandolo 47.
The building is located outside the ZTL, the Limited Traffic Area of Rome’s city centre.

The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator and consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a wide hallway. Entering the house you are greeted by this wide hallway, immediately to the right is the first bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to make a double bed on request, following is the living room and the second bedroom. At the end of the hallway is a bathroom with a bathtub . To the left of the corridor are the kitchen, the second bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the third bedroom. When entering the building there is a staircase with 8 steps before reaching the elevator. The apartment faces on an interior courtyard. The decor is a mixture of modern and 60s/70s and the spaces are very spacious and cozy.
The living room is furnished with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, a TV cabinet, and a table with five chairs. Paintings and lamps complete the living room furniture. The living room is equipped with an air-conditioning system .
There are 3 bedrooms, the first as you enter the house has two single beds that can be joined upon request, a desk and a cupboard. The second bedroom has a double bed, desk, cupboard and armchair and the third a single bed, desk , armchair and cupboard.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, electric boiler, crockery and cutlery for 8 persons.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower. The bathroom with the bathtub has no window and is equipped with a toilet that functions with the sanitrit
