The space
Enjoy our nicely appointed studio apartment, with marina views on your doorstep. The space is bright, airy and welcoming!

One of our absolute favourite things about this apartment is its location, you are right by Hartlepool marina and there is plenty of things to do around the area, but it is peaceful. We hope you'll enjoy this too.

The studio has a double bed and there is an open style wardrobe for your to store you belongings - this works well for longer stays too.

Within the studio you will also find a well equipped kitchen space. In here you can comfortably cook a meal during your stay, there is a hob, oven, kettle, microwave and other smaller amenities.

There is a dining table for you to enjoy your meal at if you so wish.

When it comes to relaxing, there is a large sofa for you to enjoy, a smart tv so that you're able to stream your favourite shows (please provide your own log ins).

Through to the shower room, this is a reasonably modern space with a large shower, basin and wc. There is also a washer-dryer in the shower room, which guests are free to use.

For guests traveling by car, we have one allocated parking space just back through the arch and over the road from the apartment block. If there is more than one car, there is a car park over the road with more parking and that is free.

You will have access to the whole studio

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
