This charming apartment, located on a high floor with an elevator, is bathed in sunlight and offers a fascinating view of the Gazometro and towards the mountains near Rome (Castelli Romani).



The double bedroom is a peaceful and spacious retreat, ideal for resting. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and a functional kitchenette, ideal for moments of relax and conviviality. The apartment is completed by an elegantly finished bathroom.

Nice apartment and the location is ideal: trainstation nearby, tram and buses in the street so it is easy to see Rome with public transportation.

The space was welcoming. The bed and couch were comfortable. It's well located for a vacation to visit all of the major spots in the city. The only negative is the loud traffic which can be heard at all hours of the night, as there is a main road that runs right outside the apartment.

The apartment was very clean, everything was provided, public transport is right downstairs which is very convenient, we really enjoyed our stay We had trouble turning on the heating it was cold, but luckily we had blankets to keep us warm.

Cute little apartment in a convenient location next to the train and tram stations. Neighborhood itself is a bit dirty with garbage. The bed is too firm and the pillows are really thin.

The house is very close to transportation options. It's a 5-minute walk from Trastevere train station after taking the train from the airport. It's in a location where you can reach anywhere in Rome by bus, train, taxi, and tram. You can easily access everywhere by public transport, even if you have to transfer. It's very close to shops where you can find food 24 hours a day. There are supermarkets open until 2 am nearby. The entry instructions were clear and sufficient. The lock system with several doors made it feel secure. The house was very clean. It has everything you'd expect in a home. Washing and drying laundry was easy, which was very convenient. The house is warm enough; we stayed in early April and didn't feel cold at all despite the cool weather. We had our dinners and breakfasts at home, and the cooking and serving utensils were sufficient. The architecture of the house is very beautiful. Despite being an old building, it was both comfortable and fully equipped. My wife and I stayed there; there was a large double bed that was very comfortable. The walls are a little noisy; we only heard a group of friends chatting in the next apartment one night, but it wasn't a big problem, it can happen in any building. The sofa also looked comfortable. We felt as comfortable as if we were in our own home. Thank you very much.

Just like the pictures with several important amenities

There weren’t many reviews, so we took a chance on this property. It was an incredible find, and we can’t recommend it enough! My only note to parents is to baby proof the room as there are many items reachable for little ones to mess around with. Also take note the host requires you to leave with dishes cleaned and trash taken out. We didn’t do this since it isn’t customary in the US and we weren’t aware of the expectation, but the host was gracious. Please take this into account when you stay. Also, be aware you need to contact the host a day before arrival since it’s an apartment unit and not a hotel with concierge. We forgot that too, but the host was responsive so it worked out. The last note on check in is you’ll need a smartphone with internet access to unlock the entry door. I’m sure they’d figure out a way to get you in if you won’t have one on arrival, but wanted to note that as well. There’s plenty of places to eat within walking distance and via bus. Would highly recommend this unit. Full of sunlight, and has A/C to help on hot days. A+! - Clarity on cleaning expectations. - The inside of the bathroom door could use a cleaning - Temperature in the shower changed a lot after it was set - The water pressure in the sink and the small open unit for men is too high. We had to take care not to turn it up all the way, as it would splash everywhere.
