Sister Bay Cottage

Acogedora y confortable cabaña ubicada en 2. 5 acres a solo 1. 8 millas del centro de Sister Bay. En verdad, las imágenes simplemente no le hacen justicia a este lugar. Esta gran cabaña cuenta con 2 dormitorios, 2 baños completos, una cocina moderna excelente con básicamente todos los electrodomésticos que pueda necesitar, una terraza envolvente para relajarse y entretenerse, además de una terraza con asientos en el dormitorio principal. Está decorado y amueblado con buen gusto y se suministra con todo, desde vajilla hasta utensilios de cocina, ropa de cama y toallas, y mucho, mucho más. La gran hoguera y los asientos proporcionan un lugar encantador para disfrutar de cualquier noche templada. Cottage está ubicado en una calle tranquila junto a la autopista 57 con mucha privacidad y árboles alrededor de la propiedad. Sister Bay está a diez minutos de Fish Creek, Ephraim, Ellison Bay y Baileys Harbor, por lo que esta cabaña lo ubica en el centro de todo lo que el norte del Condado de Door tiene para ofrecer. El primer piso consta de una gran sala con área de comedor con capacidad para seis personas, hermosa cocina y acogedora sala de estar con techo abovedado con estufa de propano con vista al fuego. Cottage tiene calefacción central y aire acondicionado, por lo que es el lugar perfecto en cualquier clima. TV por satélite y wifi / internet se proporcionan en caso de que tenga tiempo para instalarse un poco!

The rental was very clean and comfortable. We loved how dog friendly it was, too, with bowls, tie out, clean-up bags available. We also appreciated the extra sheets to cover the couch and bed to protect them from dog hair! There was also great info available about the community as well as how to use features of the rental. Kitchen thoroughly stocked with cookware and utensils.

We had a wonderful stay in Sister Bay, Door County. Karen was very responsive - especially when we had a bit of a clogged sink, she was right on helping us to remediate. The cottage itself was spotless, comfortable, and well appointed. The location was terrific - we had 1/2 hour access to just about anything throughout Door County.We'd definitely recommend!

I have stayed at several Vrbo properties - all of which have been wonderful - and this one is at the top of the list. We felt welcomed and comfortable before we even walked in the door. Karen is an amazing host! She answered all my pre-stay questions with patience, kindness, and above and beyond details (even pictures!). We had the extreme pleasure of meeting her in person (with plenty of notification and at our approval) so she could check something and make sure it was working for us. She did this on a rainy evening when she lives 20 minutes away because she is kind, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about her guests on a human level. Our recent rescue dog who is still hesitant of strangers and tends to bark if they come into “his space” LOVED her immediately!! Dogs “know stuff” - and him trusting her right away showed me what a good-hearted person she is. We also felt comfortable as soon as we saw the property. It truly is lovely and cozy. I adore that it is hidden from the road by the landscaping. It was as though we were secluded and on our own even though we were in town and close to so many shops and restaurants (and the Piggly Wiggly!). Karen literally thought of everything. Even extra batteries, dog bags and bowls, and stocked drawers in the bathroom vanity in case we forgot certain items. We all had a perfect stay. I could go on and on, but I only have 1500 characters! STAY HERE!! You will love it and not regret it. We will again!! Thank you, Karen!!

We couldn't be more pleased with our stay at this cute cottage property. Everything was top notch. The home was clean and welcoming with so many little touches that continued to impress us. Such as, candy on the counter when we arrived, a storage area with extra toiletries in case we forgot ours, all lights and electronic devices were labeled and had directions of how to work them. The kitchen was stocked with everything and beyond that we needed. All the paper products were even supplied. Everything was well maintained. Great location and so close to many activities. And the most important, the beds were comfortable. We would highly recommend this home for vacation fun!

Door County Summer Retreat

The property was great. It was tucked into a small neighborhood just outside of the main strip of shops and restaurants, yet walking distance from a nice winery. We had access to the garage too, which was a great bonus. The kitchen was very well appointed. I truly appreciated the filtered water right inside the refrigerator door. The beds were very comfortable. There were 3 large smart TVs that allowed us to easily access our Apps. There was several great places outside in the deck around the home where we relaxed and took in the beauty of the surrounding property grounds. Our dogs enjoyed the yard and were very comfortable in the house. We were careful to cover the furniture, pick up after them, and kept them leashed when outside. We loved our stay and will definitely be back again next year.

The house was outstanding. It was simple and very comfortable. The porch/deck were certainly highlights of this property. I was especially happy with the kitchen. Part of the yard is natural space, which was a huge plus for us. And, Sister Bay is sort of in the center of everything Door County. An awesome week.

Christmas in Sister Bay

My son, dog and I stayed at the cottage for a couple of days over our holiday break. It was the perfect location. The cottage was pup friendly. Karen provided all the things we needed to make our vacation easy. Many of the restaurants were closed for the holiday, so we cooked most of our meals. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the utensils we needed. Highly recommended this cottage for any dog owners. We will definitely be back again.

Had a very nice quite weekend, viewed the decorations at night and visited the parks.Sister bay cottage was centrally located and a nice place to call home for the stay.Sat outside listening to an owl for a while.

Perfection!

My husband and I loved our stay at this cute, quaint, and adorable cottage. The cottage is nicely decorated and we felt comfortable right away. The location was everything we were hoping for. It is private, but close enough to everything. When we walked in it was very clean and smelled nice. The garage was a nice plus. We enjoyed the fire pit and the peace and quiet. We will be back for sure!

A wonderful stay

A cute cottage hiding in the woody area but close to everything. Karen is very helpful and responsive, everything provided and we had a good time. I would recommend it to anyone who visits sister bay!

Home Away From Home

Very clean. Great central location for Door County activities and needs (grocery store, medical needs, etc). Door County is dog friendly! Many outdoor activities with beautiful scenery to take your dog. Great communication with friendly host. Highly recommended this place!

This is just a wonderful, quiet, completely furnished and comfortable home in Sister Bay. Sister Bay has become the "town" in northern Door County. Pet friendly for up to two dogs maximum.
